The Wheel PH in Wycombe

The Wheel is a great pub, go in for a normal drink, stop on a bike rode covered in Cow "mud" or as last time go in at the end of a group run and you will find welcoming staff, decent beer and an all round good pub with decent clientele as well, certainly one to venture to.Update: back in there with the Hash runners tonight, warm welcome from the land lady and a decent pint of the black stuff 👍

Very dog friendly, and lovely staff! Food was good, though perhaps under-seasoned for my taste. Nice atmosphere, built with love.

This pub was a recommendation by my friend who lives locally. I was not disappointed. The food was great and their playlist IMMENSE! Where else would you hear Faith No More Midlife Crisis?

Lovely friendly pub, the atmosphere is so pleasant and it goes alongside with lovely food and some friendly labradors wondering around begging for a little bite of your meal, so cute! The staff is nice and the place clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend it

Can't wait to return and try the food. Other reviews where so right Such a lovely environment with super helpful and friendly staff. Other patrons were super lovely too and welcomed us and my kitten with good banter. Highly recommend :-)

It's local to where we live and although we aren't big pub locals we spent a lovely evening there and the food was great

Simply wonderful experience… over 2 days. It was our first weekend away in a Motorhome and this place showed up as a first stop out of London, so we phoned quite late on Saturday afternoon enquiring about staying and the reception could not have been more welcoming. We arrived in our beast of a vehicle to the find the lovely Claire waving us in to our reserved space and even directing the traffic on the main road as we reversed in. Once we got settled in (power hookups, super clean toilets and all: amazing) we headed over to the beer garden with our pooch and were treated to great service, great pub grub and drinks. It became very apparent that these guys care about their customers, their staff and their doggies (actually all doggies). We loved it so much we also stayed for lunch the following day, sampling more of the food and relaxing with the friendly locals and the in-house doggies. Claire and the whole team they have assembled were fantastic. It’s been a few days now and we’re still talking about it… what a gem!

Great traditional pub. Ticks all the boxes for me, dog friendly, good choice of ales, good food, reasonable prices, motorbike friendly AND friendly staff.

Absolutely excellent place. Service was brilliant, and food was lovely. Definitely recommend the steak and ale pie, and the white chocolate cheesecake for dessert.Also loved the fact the owners dog's roam around and say hello to you. Recommended.
