Zizzi - High Wycombe in Wycombe

Food was amazing, really delicious! I had a new pork and garlic meatballs which I would definitely recommend. Our service was brilliant, Andrea really looked after us and took care of any special requests. The only downside (which I haven't experienced before in fairness) is that quite a few things were unavailable on the menu, that was a shame but it didn't take too much away from the evening.

Our server was pretty poor, and her shift ended half way through our meal so we never really saw her, took ages for our plates to be cleared after mains from a different server. First drinks order was wrong.Food was pretty poor quality and overpriced for what it was (chips over £5!?). Kids spag bol looked worse than a ready meal.We were asked to play via the QR code and our table number, which was great, we could split the bill. However there was a service charge which you are unable to remove, only lower it down to 7.5%.Won't visit again.

Practically crammed in on top of each other downstairs and yet whole of the upstairs left empty.Half the menu was missing then when finally deciding from the very small amount of items left we were told they had no butter so couldn’t do the cheesy potatoes despite not telling us about this before.Would not recommend at all. Marlow Zizzi is just a 15 minute drive away and is a much better atmosphere and you aren’t sat less than 30cm from the next table.

Good menu and good choice of Gluten free food. Served by a guy with pink hair and he was amazing. Checked up on us just the right amount and gave the night some humour. Presentation of the Salmon and King Prawn on a skewer was outstanding. Loved it!!

New menu with a wider selection of dishes on offer now businesses are back to normal. We both had different Calzone very tasty. I had a 3 selection coconut ice cream and strawberry & lemon sorbets plus lemonade Spritzer; hubby had a salted caramel ice cream & 2 sm beers. We used a taste card so after. 2 for one discount on food it came to about £38 incl a 10% tip. Always please with service etc too.

Friendly staff, good food but took to long to get the food served. No vegan available that time.Otherwise everything was fine

I have been there twice this month with my family to have the same meals. We had 2 completely different experiences.The first one was great, good quantity, good service care (staff always checking if everythingwas ok), good plating, however took around 45 minutes to receive our meals.The second, the meals was delivered fast, around 15 minutes, but with lack of care of service and plating. Even the quantity was reduced.We love Italian food but the same restaurant provided us 2 experiences completely different.

A very nice restaurant with a good menu. I have an allergy and the team were exceptional in making sure I was catered for safely, the team here are very good.

Staff were great - and were welcoming and friendly. The problem is that the restaurant was simply too cold. Seems like the front door is broken, so whenever someone enters or exits, the door is left open. The restaurant is totally open plan, so we sat eating in our coats. Then, assuming because it was so cold, the food became cool quite quickly. Such a shame, as otherwise we enjoyed.

I visited Zizzi in High Wycombe on Saturday 4 September 2021 in the early evening, a weekend during term time. I was with two other people. This was my first visit. I used Google Maps to find the restaurant, which was easy and led me straight to the right place.The restaurant comprises of one medium sized main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service.The food was lovely, the service was very bland.I enjoyed a Fonduta Formaggi for my starter and a Rustica Piccanti pizza for my main course. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted really good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. The food was very good value for money - I used Tesco Clubcard points so the bill was actually next to nothing.
