Cloud 9 in Ards

Not great experience. Ordered the stew. Was served warm (not hot) tasted OK though. Tables felt grubby to touch, floor under the tables was covered in dropped food. Cutlery could do with being replaced as most of it has seen better days. Absolutely no effort to present food in any style or in a fashion to make the food look inviting. Generally, I felt a though the whole place could do with good clean and food serviced could be better presented

Excellent restaurant with very good variety of food and lovely toast and staff. Well worth a stop if you are in the area or touring the Ards peninsula for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea if you are local their take away selection is unbelievable and a Christmas dinner worth the name sit in or the away. They also have an events team for work, family, friends, weddings, or just any reason to grab a bit with a crowd. All year round you also have the activities of the flying club next door.

Lovely spot beside the airfield. Wholesome menu with pleasant staff who, as we emerge from the covid restrictions, are doing their best to give the punter a good experience. Will definitely return.

Been before for breakfasts years ago and was great.... pity the lunch wasn't the same....£9.95 for steak sandwich that was tougher than a 30day old boot.The chicken goujons looked OK and increased this star rating to two as they were nice... but at £9.95 was overpriced compared to other local similar eateries.The sweet and sour chicken bang bang was bang average again at £9.95The kids burger was like Ghandis flip flop.. and my lad left most of it..and didn't feel great afterwards with hair in the food.On the plus side the staff serving were all very nice and friendly... so thanks for that.All in all very disappointing for a family lunch... to be fair breakfasts are very good there... but that's based on a few years back so not sure I'd risk going back at that price.

Good packing grub and the girls serving us were all very nice. Plenty on the menu, I went for the pancakes which were nice. Worth a trip with the kids on a nice day. More recently we went over the Xmas period, they have a signature Xmas panini which is worth going for. The girls serving are nice and good craic. It's nice to see the planes coming and going and hard to beat on a nice sunny day.

Excellent home cooked food at very reasonable prices. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Leanne looked after us and she was a delight, so bubbly, a ray of sunshine in these strange times. Was difficult to choose from all the delicious choices on the menu so will be back to sample a different dish. Would definitely recommend this wee gem, either for breakfast, lunch or just for coffee and cake, you won't be disappointed .

We had an excellent day out with our eldest daughter and granddaughter's as it was a gift from them. After the helicopter ride, which was fantastic on its own, the meal was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for us, they went out of the way to make sure that we were seated together. Quick and extremely helpful that i can throughly and honestly recommend this place without any reservations, no doubt well worth a visit

1st time at the we club for an 80th birthday party the out door tent was a very good size and the buffy the workers put on was really nice never got the chance to take photos the food it went that quick lol
