Food is lovely but customer service extremely poor. I placed an order via website but payment didn’t seem to have gone through due to technical glitch (I tried twice) so phoned to check. I am deaf so used a relay service. Payment had actually gone through twice. The staff member who took my call was extremely rude and told me they were very busy and needed phone line back, presumably because the relay takes time. Needless to say will not be ordering from Gaze again. Very disheartening.

Very disappointing....ordered Thai Red Chicken curry...got cold sliced chicken submerged in an unpleasant powdered sauce mix....looked/tasted NOTHING like any Thai curry i have ever tasted!!! Also ...prawn crackers were stale and 'off'

Worst honey chilli chicken I have ever had. Sauce was just sickly sweet, no chilli kick to it at all and was like water, so thin. Chicken was dry and over cooked, chips were largely undercooked. Wouldn't order again, especially after reading reviews with the same complaints.

I sat in and had special curry with fried rice. I thought that the beef had a slight unsavory taste and smell to it. I ate a few pieces but after coming to the last few I could definitely smell it wasn't right. 24 hours later I had food poisoning. Absolutely terrible feeling.

honey chilli chicken with riceChicken was nice, rice was awful. sticky and clumped together, sort of like a rice pudding. Sauce wasn't "chilli" at all and was just sweet. It was all very thin as you can see from the photo. Prawn crackers were good but because of the sauce being thin it just ran through it within seconds after putting rice into it. Bottle of coke was room temperature. Wouldn't order again if I'm honest
