Kfc in Ards

Totally useless. Don’t seem to listen when taking orders, items missing, order wrong and to top it off was cold.

Lovely fella on the ordering booth. Girl took the time to speak to me. They were very busy and some of the food was very crispy.

Quick and friend service. Food was great.. Although my order was incorrect. Run out if fries so it had to be mash. I asked for gravy then which I didn't get. I never got my dips either..

Was here a cpl weeks back and food tasted like it had been sitting for a few days their was nothing fresh about it

The young staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. There is a guy on tannoy (Michael, I think) who is so welcoming and lively it's hard to not smile when placing your order. Always a pleasure to drive through this fast food store.

The small black girlbhad no time for customers looking small orders, I had to ask for ketchup and when I got to my car there was no salt in my wow box either, i'll not be back

It's OK for once and a while staff on that visit did their best to serve as quick as possible most customers not wearing masks waiting for takeaway not much distancing either that was fault of customers as it was clearly marked where to wait for order just ignored the signs

I haven't been to KFC Ards in a very long time because of multiple poor customer service visits. Sunday 8th August was a completely different experience. The drive through clerk spoke very clearly into the mic, took our order down correctly and was very professional throughout. Order was correct and very quick. Based on this most recent experience I will return more often.

Used to be good but in the last 7 months the KFC top management have made the terrible decision to change the chips from crispy French fry chips to terrible tasting soggy chips. I have also since discovered that they have brought in these terrible new chips in all the KFC branches. I wont be going back to KFC until they change back or a least get in much better chips!!
