McDonalds Ards in Ards

Really good spot, food has always been spot on and some really good staff. Only encountered 1 problem which was i ordered a mcflurry and the machine was down due to it needing its clean and it was resolved by the lovely staff.

So rude at order point, had nothing in stock, asked for curry sauce got one! asked for extra got given one more then got told to pay for them!!

Just bought two hot chocolate drinks from McDonald's Newtownards, it was just hot water had to dispose it! Discusted once again with that place.

We were here on saturday.freezing wet day!we queued outside for 20 mins for a table.during that time, orders for delivery were taken and the delivery guy was in and out several times.people who had tables were complaining of waiting for ages for food.allso any one walking in to order takeaway got served before us.disotganised chaos!!food came eventually and 3 cold burgers were replaced.staff were apologetic and pleasant.not their fault, but wstill a nitemare

Paid for few sweetchilli sauce and none came. And thats how they pack their burgers!

Was served by Sharon in McDonald's in Ards shopping centre and she was lovely. Extremely helpful, kind and just lovely to have in the times we are in. Please pass this on to her. She had blonde hair and was working the door. Thankyou Sharon.

First McFlurry in 20 years. Paid extra for limited edition Celebrations McFlurry. Not even a spoonful of topping. Absolute rip off con - avoid.

The customer service has got better than I remember but it's still McDonald's they messed up a small order which I had to ask to be fixed which they did but still 2 small meals and a happy meal shouldn't be hard for a fully staffed '' kitchen''

I always struggle using the automated machine order. This time was no different. Fortunately there was an exceptionally helpful young woman right there ready to help us. I wish I'd looked at her name now. I was just struggling as usual and getting flustered.The place itself was clean and tidy. The service was quite fast. Another assistant took our tray when we attempted to do it ourselves. Very very helpful.

I was horrible first of all we where waiting out side for 30 minutes second of all they locked the doors so noone couldn't get in because some one was very agrey at the staff but I couldn't understand why they didn't let people in like they would know the difference of people and let us in they said the would only close the doors for twenty minutes but of course they closed them for a extra 10 minutes the women kept looking outside but no one was aloud in.So we gave up and went to Bangor it was so much better
