Starbucks in Ards

Apart from a large cup of lukewarm tea I asked for a toasties and was told to take any sandwich and they would toast them. Well, I selected a b.l.t. and unfortunately the tomato, caramelised onion and sauce were just like a mush on the soggy bread. So, not a great experience all in all.

Luv Starbucks and this store is very spacious, plenty of seats!

Possibly the worst hot chocolate I've ever tasted... resembled what I washed my dishes in ... need to go test what you serve up ... three stars only because my lads enjoyed their drinks otherwise 1

staff would rather talk to their colleagues than talk to the customer/myself and my Mrs,just a negative review bad customer service, staff need to focus working on their customer service than flirting in the workplace..

Waited 15mins for 1 cofee and 1 chai tea and the place wasnt even busy. Tables not cleaned or cleared had to clear my own..... Visited again year's later, April 2022. Still a lack of customer service not even an attempt at it. Coffee and sandwich was lovely, put off by lack of customer service and the wheelie bin being hauled all the way through the cafe while people were eating their lunch @13:10.

At last open. Unlike Costa in same shopping centre.well cleaned but not between customers. Qué Sera. Tasty coffee and Belgian bun

Quiet seat though shop busy ,tasty pan a raison ,cold as I like it though I was offered it warmed if I wanted .looking out window as world goes by.

I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience at the Ards branch today was completely unacceptable. Starbucks Ards, the worst experience I've ever had. I hate complaining but the staff in there were so rude! I was getting a caramel macchiato plus 2 hot chocolates for my granny and sister and I went to pay. Before I always get points on the Starbucks app so I can save a bit of money as everyone knows how dear it is in there. The girl serving me was obviously new which I had no problem with and put in my order wrong. But it took forever and no one even apologized about the wait. Then when I went to pay another barista said that I can't use the card because I don't have any money on, which isn't what I was told in Belfast. Anyways, I said that was a okay and paid regularly. Then when I was waiting for the drinks the baristas were sniggering, talking amongst themselves and looking in my direction the whole time.I will never ever be back to that branch. Not for a long time anyways. All I wanted to do was get a couple of drinks for my granny and sister when she's had such a rough day as my Granda is terminally ill in hospital. We really didn't need this today.

Staff are always friendly. Coffee is always top notch. Great size cafe to sit in (when you can obviously). Always clean. I like my beverage extra hot as i'm fussy, the staff never fail on this. Service is quick and counters are clean.
