Tesco Extra in Ards

Love it the food it's fresh and tasty.Amazing friendly staff 😍😍

It's a tesco cafè, not sure how high people's expectations are of a small cafés but I liked it enough to come back.Sausage and bacon bap was delicious, the coffee was grand and a drinkable temperature the moment it arrived.Staff are friendly and the place was clean.A wee five star, every little helps.

Never been but just to eliminate the 1 star reviews.

3rd time now that our order has been forgotten about. Had to go up to the till and ask where our food was as others who had arrived after us were already eating. My daughter's scrambled egg was like rubber and had to go up to till again to ask for butter for the toast 🤦‍♀️

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Took for ages for me and my mother to be served at the counter and it was only us there. They where too busy having a conversation. We then sat at our table and the brought us our cutlery... and it had old egg all over it. I brought it up to the counter and they appologised and brought us new ones over. They where also covered in old egg. We asked for a refund after that and they took our deserets that we had touched back up for sale instead of throwing it out. Their excuse was that "it was the dishwashers fault and these things sometimes get overlooked" after the refund was given the girl slammed the till aggressively and looked angry at us? Dont waste your money here. You can get better food and service somewhere else.

Absolute joke of a cafe. Waited to be served while the 3 staff finished there conversion, ordered a fry when I got it it looked awful the soda potato and hash brown where all deep fat fried yuck the beans were all dried up.. worst fry I've ever had .🤮

The lady at the till was very nice but the food and drink was very disappointing.Luke warm latte, burnt toast that was turned over (I assume to deter us actually noticing)One of the plates looked unclean and teacake tasted old and chewy.This was early in the morning, can't really blame it on a busy time.
