Incredible food and service. Third time here and definitely in my top 3 restaurants in the country. Latest visit: lemon sole was outstanding, panna cotta, light and delicious. Enjoyed a bottle of Chateau Bauduc with dinner and highly recommend this. If you haven't been here make a point of visiting.

Used to be a local favorite of ours, but extremely disappointed with the food. Service staff were exceptional and friendly, unfortunately battered fish was soggy and pea risotto was bland and tasteless. Probably would have got better at whetherspoons for a 3rd of the price. With frozen peas and fries part of our meal, underwhelmed to say the least.

One of the best menus for specials we've ever seen. The food was top quality. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. If I was to pick up on anything it perhaps lacks a little bit of finesse with the condiments. Overall though great food, lovely presentation,a visit would be well worth it! Great fish!

Absolutely fabulous meal. Ordered from the 'specials' board: Steak and chips, and panfried monkfish with noodles. Staff were very friendly and we would highly recommend the food. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was our first visit but will definitely not be our last. Food was delicious and great value with a wide variety of dishes. Staff were very friendly and even looked after our dog dishing up a sausage and fresh water. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely to be out in the sunshine, waiting staff immaculate. Great smells coming from the kitchen and seafood dishes looked amazing. Just tea and a perfect brownie but will definitely be back to try the food. So good to see people laughing and enjoying themselves 🙂

Have you ever wanted fine dining? Well if you take a trip to comber you will find one of the nicest restaurants I've been to in ages. My party sampled venison, steak and duck. Cooked to perfection, with some of the nicest and expertly seasoned acompaniments. You all need to visit for dinner and truly enjoy your dinning experience. The staff were all phenomenal and engaging as well. 10/10 would go again.

Beautiful tearooms upstairs, restaurant downstairs and now a fish counter, either take the fish home or have Jim and his chefs cook if for you, delicious
