The Shake Shack in Ards

Pretty expensive, but 100% worth it. Shakeburger tasted delicious and the chicken bites were spectacular aswell as the honey mustard and mayo. Seating was clean. Will be back.

Great freshly made burgers, epic milkshakes and the cheesy chips are delicious. A little pricey but if you can fork out for it I think its worth it as its made to order.Located in the food court on the top floor there's lots and lots of seating and plenty of parking in the surrounds. Only downside is it can be a bit noisy at peak times and the price range won't be for everyone

Go across to five guys instead, or KFC for chicken burgers.Price is too high considering its a relatively basic burger. £26 for two burger, two chips and one basic shake. Fast food at restaurant prices. Chips are flavourless and the portions are very small for the high price. Five guys are much nicer and so much more generous. It feels like shake shack just rips you off. The only way they'll change portion sizes etc is by falling revenues so go over to five guys for now

It's one step above 5 Guys and one below Gourmet Burger Kitchen. I had the new Hot Honey Chicken burger, Bacon Mayo Fries and a Gin Lemonade and it was delicious!

Not happy with what we paid and what we got.It is E'xpensive.£7 something for hot honey 🐔 burger. Which was TINY.£3.25 for fries and same for drink.Gave them 2 stars exclusively because of chicken bites and salted strawberry and lime lemonade. Those were nice.Won't go there again. Over hyped.

I got the Chicken Shack burger with fries. Burger cost £7.45 and fries had cost £3.25. This burger was the only halal option. I was happy that there was atleast a decent size fillet and there was enough sauce in the burger.I had the same burger in Stratford Westfield but it wasn't as good as the wasn't enough sauce and looked burnt.

The service is excellent and in a tidy order. but the food came out a bit unclean, with finger prints over the chicken box. the food is on the salty side, therefore it not my cup of tea. I'm not sure if it's just today if the chief in a bad mood working on Boxing Day but I will try one more time, because quality is there but not the taste.that's why it's 3 star and not 5.

The chicken burger is fantastic, whole cut of chicken-breast , no processed rubbish or water injected chicken here. Served with thick cut pickles in a fresh bun. Prices on the high side, but you do pay for what you get. Recommended

This review is mainly based on the hot dog, rather than the burgers. I have to admit, I was almost excited to find that I could get an all beef hot dog (rather than pork) only to be disappointed when it arrived.I didn't realise the 'pickles + onions' was literally three slices of each just thrown in top.The fries were not brown and crispy as you'd expect, they were slightly warmer than a boiled potato.The food is comparable to something from a canteen at school and not a franchised brand like this.Staff were friendly, but if I'm reviewing this on the basis of the food alone, I wouldn't return for another try.

Chicken is halal. Service is fast. The restaurant is clean. Food is tasty and what you expect. Lemonades are refreshing!! Had the mango and passionfruit lemonade this time which was nice. Original is delicious too!The cheesy fries used to come with the cheese in a pot but now they spread over the chips. I feel like you get more cheese when it's in the pot and you can distribute it yourself too.
