The Valley in Ards

The food was nice but the service left something to be desired. We placed around a corner out of the way and forgotten about. Planned to stay for dessert but we're left waiting so long I just paid the bill. Even this exchange wasn't easy as they charged me for someone else's bill even after handing me the correct one.

First time here food very good service good loved they didn't keep saying is everything alright just let us enjoy our meal will be back very soon

Always good. Very consistent. Lovely chicken ceasar salad. The best I've tasted. Nice, pleasant, helpful staff.

Went here for a family birthday lunch. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and hot. Good choice (although some items on menu weren't available)with alternatives for one of the party who was gluten free. We were missing a few portions of chips but were discounted on the final bill. Definitely worth a visit.

Food was absolutely beautiful, portions were insane, I couldn't finish mine and the staff were probably the nicest most attentive friendliest I've had the pleasure to encounter ❤️

Booking recommended. We were lucky they had a table. I had the kilkeel crab linguine and it was not shy on flavour. Taste sensation! The upper level seating was quite warm. You can see the kitchen, that for me is a plus, I tend to trust the food more there is nowhere to hide. Definitely recommend.

Visited for my parents' birthdays with other family. Had the Sunday Menu as 3 courses are good value at £24. Food was pretty good - had the Seafood Chowder, Turkey and Ham and Sticky Toffee Pudding. No complaints from anyone about their food. Service was cheery and friendly if a little slow from ordering to starter to main. We were seated at the front near a large chilled cabinet they had propped at the end of the bar which kind of ruins the look of the place. The parents were happy and I'd visit again.

Went for a birthday dinner and although it's Christmas we were spoilt to an amazing dinner and desserts and cocktails of choice. Staff so friendly and service really good. Has been made a favourite will everyone who went and we will not be strangers!!!

Absolutely incredible food as usualThe taste and quality is well worth the price.Got tomato&red pepper soup with feta and pesto crostini and chicken/chorizo pasta with garlic bread off the special menu.
