Burgerking Bridewater outlet park Banbridge in Banbridge

Came in with my family to get a Whopper meal for my autistic stepson.My Partner ordered and was kept waiting to be given her food. Three customers who came in after us were served before us.Further she was kept waiting for approx. 10 minutes despite the restaraunt being relatively quiet.Staff, when we asked about our order, were gruff & uncommuncative.We can only assume Staff training here is below par.

Yummy food, friendly staff

Good quality food. Had a BBQ TEXAS burger. Great size. Nice to sit in. Nice chips and not too thin.

Turned up on Saturday at 5.55pm thinking that is a normal time to get some tea - the guy locked the doors and even shook his head at us, could not find any new times so thinking this time was suitable didn’t seem like a crazy thought, but even if the closing time is 6 there was still 5 minutes left for service, then you can close the doors! Providing new closing times would be helpful, and you will lose a lot of custom if your closing your doors at tea time and before closing! Was looking forward to Burger King but after that experience it definitely turned us off it! Try keeping to proper times and be respectful to what could of been good custom!

It's not often I entertain the notion of giving feedback however on this occasion I felt it mattered.I was 6th in line and it took 25minutes standing before being served by a member of staff who, excuse my expression but was revolting. Tall chap with purple hair had more cuts on both his hands which he never covered. His eyes looked swollen and his mouth completely covered in what looked like cold sores meanwhile he handled everything while wiping his eyes with his hands never once washing his hands.. just to finish things off the toilet seat was broken lying across the side with used paper almost over the floor. Thus place should be inspected. Photos available should the management be interested !

WE wait for 17 min. to get our order for one kid and two adallts. it was just 4 customers in Burger King. sorry, we call it fast food restaurant? no smiling faces around. price is good .

The food was standard BK food. However the service was the worst I have experienced in any eatery (and boy have I been to some hell holes). Plus the place looked like a bomb had gone off, very disappointing. Cross the road and get a bic mac fast food and great service!

Didnt get a crown...seen at least 3 kids with one on...so thought it was just a kids thing...but then...a man, definitely at least 10 years older than me, swaggered past with a crown on... not happy. Had to buy another milkshake to make me feel better. Thats how they get ya..

The shop is easy to get too. The burgers are freshly cooked while you wait. The choses differ from person to person. Also cater for veggie people. Staff are helpful. Prices are reasonable. Go get yourself a burger king

Really wish I could write nice things about this shop. Has always had a limited menu and the place just feels cold, perhaps due to high ceilings. I do prefer BK over McDonalds which just so happens to be opening shortly nearby and I would say unless gets much needed face-lift will mark it's end.
