Domino's Pizza in Banbridge

rotten! worse pizza i’ve ever had in my life. tasted like rubber and cardboard was more burnt than i don’t know what pepperoni was completely black will not be back and rip off aswell

absolutely disgusting, pizza tasted stale like it had been sitting since 12pm that day and was actually pure burnt and there must have been no cheese added as it was just tomato sauce and burnt peperoni disgrace this was in newry dominos.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered on the app last night at 23.10 and got to waiting 50 mins so called the store and they told me their deliveries are taking an hour and a half! Excuse me what!? Only Ordered 2 wraps, garlic bread and strippers! And the store is 5 mins away from the address I was at (my fiancé's house) order arrived 1 hour later. Burnt wraps, no sauce in one wrap (texas bbq) strippers were near black they were that burnt. All items were cold not even lukewarm. Wasn't enjoyable. Emailed about refund. Only got offered a voucher for a pizza and side! Haha you're having a laugh if u think I'm ordering from there again! Not good enough! So there's money wasted.

Terrible service, has gone down hill so badly. Slow service, wrong food and toppings. Rude manager when you call up asking where your order is after waiting 2 hours, i think the managers name was phil. Terrible service. Can't fault the delivery drivers though, always happy and friendly service from them. I will be going else where for dinner though.

I ordered a delivery last night at 10pm and got it at 12.15 am . When i phoned at 11pm i was told that it was out for delivery i then phoned back at 10.45 i was was told that it should not be much longer . I had to phone again at 11pm because it still hadn't arrived the person on the phone hung up on me i then phoned back and was told that it was delivered when i said that i didn't get it he might as well called me a lair. NOT impressed at all with the service. 😡

Food not delivered all together , food cold , very disappointing with this and the price of it for a cold rubber pizza and order all wrong and then said they would sent it 45 mins later ,, ever heard of family sat nite treat for me and my kids , disappointing isn't the word

Dominos are very overpriced for start!!meat is not good quality from farms in Poland terrible quality.I recommend retro pizza far cheaper and tastier no brainer!!!

Disastrous last 3 orders....week 1 was late by nearly an hour Lucy kept putting me on hold to investigate then picking up call again as if fresh call and I had to remind her she had put me on hold....crazy.. following week driver arrived with food we hadn't ordered...turned out was reorder from previous week.... then week 2 voucher was against partners tel no so couldn't use nor were we advised despite our late order being online order could only use voucher against telephone orders. Tonight week 3 order 25 minutes late....food cold and our "Hot & Spicy" was literally like a margherita were so little toppings on it.....disaster after disaster after disaster. Think I'll be reverting to Sainsbury's freshly made pizza counter where I can rely on quality as well as getting what I order and enjoy it in a timely manner rather than waiting for it to b driven halfway round the country then it's cold....btw I was asked tonight when rang about lack of toppings whether I had handed pizza back to driver or accepted it!!!!!!!!!!!! Do we have to open pizzas now on doorstep in dark to check they ok????? Thought this up to your quality checker to do this not customer who has paid 40+ for rubbish customers service and cold tastless food.....needless say won't be back!!!!!

No surprises here...except that one large pizza is 17 quid...in what world is a dominos pizza 17 quid when a quality Italian pizzeria will cost you similar..in fairness the deals like buy one get one free makes these guys much better value...but i would never pay full price for one and have never had to...makes me think the price list is a bit of a con...
