McDonalds in Banbridge

Love this place and the food too ,staff very helpful

I had ordered a mcdonald’s through the uber eats app which was estimated to arrive 30 mins after ordering. i waited for my order but the uber eats tracker stayed on “preparing your order” for another 40 minutes. i clicked on the help section which said to ring the store for an update on the order but after 3 phone calls i had no response. the estimated arrival time went up 10 minutes every time i had checked the app then eventually my order got cancelled with no explanation, shambles.

Very good value black coffee and flat white coffee.It was far quicker to walk-in rather than queue in the drive-through when we visited.The car parking is free and plentiful.The restaurant is located jusy five minutes by car away from the Belfast to Newry/Dublin main road

The worst Mcdonald sandwich I have ever eaten. A tasteless McChicken with a fruit juicy bag. The apple was tasteless but the grapes were sweet.The quality in McDonald's are going down the road.

After I didn't get half my food a new girl give more then we need we were so thankful for her

Not bad, was nice and hot, they were busy, so had to wait 9mins for the food, but not a big problem. They also apologised for the wait, what was a nice touch.

To day at 1726 7/92/22Order 20 pc chicken nuggets to share and nothing worse than only getting 19 pcs someone in mcDs need to learn how to count

(Forgot my receipt for Food For Thought so I'll drop a wee review here and hope someone from this branch sees it!)I work at McDonald's and from an employee perspective I can definitely say I was satisfied with both my orders and how the restaurant was run! A man in lobby uniform on the till/running at front was particularly helpful and assisted multiple times. Food was finished very well and tasted great as usual. The lobby was clean and organised, barely any tent cards lying about, all surfaces and counters seemed clean and stocked up for customers.My parents and I were very pleased with our food and the way we were treated. Thanks to the crew on shift, did a great job :)

Helpful and friendly staff at the door. Poor them having to deal with karen stereotype customers. Bit of a queue for food but as far as mcdonald's food goes it was lovely and hot

I ordered 3 medium meals using the kiosk and we all ordered a toffee latte to go with it and to add a hot drink to go with the meal it was only another 70p for each of us but when I got the receipt I was charged for 3 separate toffee lattes as the total was £5.67 approx. So I went to the till to ask why this was and wasn’t given a good enough answer. The girls excuse was it was sugar tax even tho on the kiosk to add a hot drink it was +70p as for 3 medium meals with these toffee lattes the overall total was £18.24 which was a abit ridiculous and I don’t know why I was charged this much when hot drinks come with ur meals for an additional 70p. Thanks. Personally I’m sick of having to complain about every visit I have to McDonald’s
