Great that you can see into the kitchen, unlike most others. Busy at weekends so expect to wait. 5* Food Hygiene Rating. More expensive than some of the competition.

Best Chinese i have ever had. Honey chilly chicken was so good! Very tasty. Would definitely recommend!

Regular customers and the food has always been perfect. I can recommend the honey chilli chicken and the chicken and cheese spring rolls.

Food was ok, never had a great Chinese in Northern Ireland to be honest. Also Cash Only which seems strange in this day and age.

Friendly professional counter staff.. Good variety of meals which can be ordered in advance. Waiting times are never very long.

Having tried a vast amount of Chinese takeaways in Northern Ireland, this is by far head and shoulders above the rest. I would always side with sweeter dishes, and they’re all amazing. My favourite in the entire country.

Order spring roll that supposed to contain pork,ham,chicken and bean sprouts but what I got was bean sprouts and not one piece of meat.. when phone up the girl on the phone was so pleasant and fixed the problem right any ...never had a problem with this Chinese ,, and if there is that odd occasion its sort quick ✋✋

Just yes 👍 We moved a good bit away but when in town I have to get the chow mein its unreal!!

Absolutely LOVE the food here! Favourite dish is Crispy Shredded chicken in honey chilli sauce (no52 on the menu) We drive 25 mins round trip to pick it up every Saturday 👌

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, regretfully I strongly do not recommend Phoenix palace anymore. After waiting over an hour and 20 minutes I received my order which was completely inedible. Rice was cold and stuck together like it had been left for hours, cold chips and sweet and sour sauce which was just a bowl of vinegar. I rang back and explained the issue to which I WASNT told that they would make a fresh order but instead that I was have to pay additional charges to send the food back without even an apology. Absolutely ridiculous, so disappointed.
