This used to provide good food. Tonight I bought prawn chow mien. Yes it did have prawns, noodles in abundance but nothing else. No garlic/ginger/Chinese seasonings/onions/spring onions/mushrooms which are always added to chow mien and no peppers. The noodles tasted like they had been tossed in tasteless salty slop , prawns added n then served this slop as a chow mien. Won’t be going back.

Absolutely revolting waited an hour for a simple Chao main and there were big black bugs in my food. You shouldn't come here.

Worst duck with spring onion and ginger I have ever eaten. No ginger in it - full of peppers and onions but could hardly find any spring onion! Duck stringy - inedible. Went in bin.

Nice enough though onions should be cut smaller as it was like the majority of my meal was onions. I had a chicken curry. Also I went in just before they closed so my chips were majority 'bits' which I hate.

Food was very good as usual. Wait was an hour and 10 minutes which is understandable on a busy Friday night during lockdown but please could you tell people a more realistic time when we phone so we're not stood outside for 40 minutes.

Have been going to Phuns for years! Honestly, very hard to beat. My go to is the Salted Chilli Chicken, Honey Chilli Chicken or the Chicken Balls! I've been on about getting a share box with my mate, and honestly need to go down and grab one 🍽

first the four star rating....usual chinese carry out, nothing special.secondly, customer service, teenage girl served me and a number of other people while I was waiting, excellent service, she was very polite to every customer, wished them a good evening and sounded genuinely enthusiastic, even though she was extemely busy at the counter and on the phone, Well done.thirdly quality of food, everything I ordered was perfect.Overall, a very good experience, will definitely use again.
