Just wanted to say thank you so much for everything today for my sons Christening. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and the food was DELICIOUS 🤤. Many thanks again for making it a special day x

When we first arrived at the Bronte I couldn’t believe how dark it was leading up to the restaurant. There was no proper lighting and we had to use phone torches to guide our way. I’m only grateful my elderly granny didn’t attend as she most definitely would have fallen. The service was okay but having said that every server was 18 and below. There wasn’t one single adult or anyone who looked like they were in charge. My brother ordered a Guinness and it came out in an orchard thieves glass. That should have been the sign to run. The food was beyond bad. My curry tasted like cream sauce, the chicken was hard and veiny and the chips had been sitting under a heat lamp for god knows how long. My sisters burger had 0 sauce, it was dry and the chips were frozen. My dad’s plate was the only one that looked half decent, it’s just a pity it was covered in white hair. The whole experience from start to finish was brutal. The bronte has a great reputation but for what I don’t know. As it was a birthday meal it was extremely upsetting that no one enjoyed themselves, especially as it was so expensive. Will most definitely not be back.

Went here for a wee birthday treat last night. Have to say that the staff were absolutely fantastic! Could not fault them at all, they were so friendly and helpful. Food was brought out very quickly and it was delicious 😋

Excellent as always. Great food and great staff. We had some friends with us and the time here was flying by. Would definitely recommend.

When i pay the price for this kind of food i want an experience, that could be presentation, atmosphere, music or even a cool plate. Unfortunately for me, this place felt like it hadn't changed since 80's ulster cuisine. Not bad, just not memorable.

The food was lovely and the portion size was perfect. I ordered the mixed grill and my steak was medium rare and for the first time ever, the steak arrives exactly how I ordered it. The meat was fresh and flavoursome, and the pepper sauce was perfect...The staff were all friendly and we did not feel as though we was being rushed, or that any queries about the menu or the food were irrelevant as you often find in a majority of restaurants.Our waitress Colleen was brilliant and very accomodating, warm and made us feel welcome.For dessert we were spoilt for choice but both went for the chocolate brownie and ice cream. For any chocolate lovers out there - you will not be disappointed with this! It was warm, gooey and just really yummy!!! Over all great night.

We heard about this amazing place by chance from my brother but I'm so glad we did because this place is unbelievable! Possibly the best ribeye I've ever had and the starters are gorgeous to.wings,ribs,nachos, prawns you name it we'll definitely be back
