Thanks John and Elaine - it was great to be at the Turnip House again today and definitely long overdue. Great coffee and cake as usual. The Turnip House was just perfect for our refreshment stop on what turned out to be a glorious day for cycling in the Dromara Hills. We had a few Turnip House "newbies" with us today and as predicted they loved it.Hopefully see you soon!

Beautiful setting for a fantastic café and craft shop. Let kids roam free and explore the garden meadow paths while you try to stop yourself eating a kilo of lemon drizzle cake.Absolute gem of a place.

A quirky place. Well worth a visit especially on a lovely day as you can sit outside and admire the view and take a stroll around the garden.The owners are very friendly and welcoming so is their beautiful big dog.There is a choice of two delicious homemade soups served with homemade wheaten scones. Finish off with homemade cakes!!Dogs are most welcome which is great.There are local crafts available for purchase too.Really enjoyed our visit.
