Very rude staff!!! Won’t order from there ever again!!!

Extremely rude staff... Think that elderly woman is going through menopause. This one I'm complaining is in castlecourt.

Food was cold and burnt, u don't get sides with any more like sweetcorn or gravy .Looks like it had been sitting for and don't know how long and tasted the seam terrible

Can't go wrong with KFC, new recipe with "skin on" chips are an acquired taste and not for me. Bring back the original taste and i will start buying them again!

Went to KFC connswater today havent had one for a long time won't be having one again there was no taste like eating fake food and the quality was very poor for the price I chose the new gravy burger which looked nothing to like the picture....and actually felt sick after it ....not a good experience at all ....rate less than one star

Gave us much less chips than usual. I normally don't complain as I myself worked in restaurants for a long time; so I tend to think they are probably busy today, etc. But, then I realized while eating that the food was really too small to fill our appetite. I realized that it was the closing hour of the shop and the workers didn't want to fry more chips or probably they had to change oil or for whatever reason for reducing their workload, they gave us such a tiny portion of chips. I can remember one KFC shop which is near our house in Falls road, Belfast; it gave us burnt chips quite often (for takeaways), sometimes chips not fried enough at all. I can remember one KFC shop in Shaftesbury square, Belfast where I found the Gent's toilet out of order continuosly for 3 months. There is nobody from the authority to look after these. I never saw any such thing in McDonald's, they always maintain a good hygiene and cleanliness. However, I still love KFC and go to their shops because I find their prices more affordable for me. Hope they will improve their survice standards.

There was only one member of staff on at a busy time. The young girl behind the counter was very under pressure. The food we ordered was pretty good, but as usual the KFC fries weren't fit to eat.

Plenty of zing but only a thin slice of chicken in my fillet burger , I've seen thicker shoe insoles. Got drinks wrong and missed a gravy side, £20 for lunch with the family was a very poor experience. Staff looked disgusted that is said they had got it wrong. Never again...AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I found a big long hair in my chicken! Went up and complained and they took it off me and didn’t even offer a refund just give me new chicken! Officially put off your chicken for life, will not be returning
