Food, staff, cleanliness are all very welcoming Excellent night out, would recommend a visit every time

We were made to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we walked in and continued to get better from there. Food was delicious and seafood the best I've eaten. Can't praise this place enough. Thank you for a great meal and lovely might out.

Lovely restaurant! Definitely a favorite when we come home. Service is great. The owner and staff are fantastic and the food is marvelous. Lovely steak dinners, great seafood meals, the garlic chips are the very best!! and the pavlova is the very very best. A must go to for a lovely meal!!

Highlight of our trip!Called ahead to reserve a table for the crew of Cloud 9 on passage to Bangor from Carlingford. Called in, no booking after driving from Belfast originally for food at the poachers pocket in killinchy, they where fully booked.We decided to follow the yellow brick road, we headed out via Downpatrick and ended up in this we gem in Ardglass.Upon entry I did notice the scores on the door - 5/5....Excellence straight away !We were seated by a friendly chap, I would assume the owner.We were given a table and menu promptly. I ordered veg soup starter.Lovely, with a steak as my main.The steak was sublime, pre destruction pic attached !I would certainly destroy another steak again in Aldo’s & recommend the culinary destruction to others !

Very pleasant place with nice service. If you are in the town then go here but I wouldn't make a special effort to visit. The food was perfectly good, just lacking the Italian touch despite the claims.

We had a very pleasant lunch at Aldos along with my family just before Christmas. Our party included 3 small children who were treated like royalty and nothing was a bother to the excellent staff. We had a range of food from the varied menu ,everyone including the kids were delighted with their meals and left very satisfied. Congratulation to the proprietor and his staff .We have been customers of Aldos for many years and haveyet to be disappointed with the quality of food or the service.

Just wonderful. A true testament to a great Family business.No need to break it down.Value for money or what.When you manage to retain Exceptional Staff members for over 25 years who are still delighted to deliver outstanding service the rest just happens.I'll say no more lest getting a table becomes impossible.
