Always have a cracking experience with these guys, and the chips are non greasy, just cooked to perfection! Short story to share... Got home from work super hungry and just as they were about to close so was the remnants of the day left, which wasn't a problem. When mentioned it was because I was home from work the owner or manager asked what I do, when told I work in social care he had a new batch of chips put on for me. So unnecessary but such a lovely and kind thing to do. I'm so grateful!

Visit here from time to time, like many I'm watching my waist line. Always get special fish and half chicken suppers. As these are made to order they do require a bit of a wait but never too long and means they are always fresh. The best in Strathaven!

Really busy during our visit and it took a while to get served and get our order. Staff seemed well used to dealing with the busy trade level and moved the queue quite quickly. Food was decent and the prices seemed reasonable.
