Domino's Pizza in Down

Several occasions food arrived freezing cold and took 90min to arrive. The driver told me it was my problem because of where I lived. Nobody else ever has an issue finding the house.

They never answer the phone most of the time

The wedge box was very poor hardly any in the box. Pizza was nice the mixed chicken box again very poor on it and was a bit cold on it. Was not happy with our food

Ordered 2 large pizza's online didnt realise until they arrived they both defaulted to bbq base! My fault as I didn't check, I didn't think we had to check the sauce, don't know why they default to bbq & not traditional tomato sauce but totally ruined pizza night for us! WARNING!! Check the sauce,

Was great til change of management then quality of food has fallen.

Was disappointed when got home and one of the pizzas I’d collected was wrong. When I rang to let them know, Adam immediately offered to deliver replacement free of charge. Very good pizza and very pleased with the service.

The Domino's app told me 10 minutes to collect my order. I arrived 15 minutes after they said my order wasn't ready yet. Will take another 15 minutes for the order. In total 40 minutes from when I place my order to collect!!

Got a lovely letter through the post saying here’s a £5 voucher and under new management. Went down to collect the pizza and ignored for 4-5 mins. 6 staff behind the counter and no acknowledgement when walked through the the door? Under new management? More like under worse management. Very very disappointing
