I don't know if they have changed hands, but following the most recent reviews, please DO NOT ORDER from Deliveroo.Kilos seems to be bipolar- either some customers get raw chicken or some customers absolutely love it.Calling the restuarent up again they kept saying "its set off now, it should be with you in 5 mins". It took nearly 2 hours.Worker hung the phone up on me.The worst customer service I have experienced since I have been in Liverpool.

Really enjoyed the vegan burger and home made fries, and meal deal was good portion size. I was looking for late night place after most of Bold street was closed, was intrigued by the good variety of vegan options and really glad I walked up and gave it a go. Food came quick when ordering in there and enjoyed the conversation with very friendly staff who are trying to do something different and listen to feedback, really appreciate that as a vegan. Will definitely go back and try other options especially the vegan breakfast.

We did not eat any of our order. After waiting over 2 hours for the food to be delivered it completely was not worth the wait. The food was cold, chicken wings were still pink inside and funny after taste left on the chips and mac&cheese. My partner and I both threw up less than 24 hours after and we barely had 2 mouth fulls. AVOID

Unfortunately I couldn't eat the food from here. The calamari was very chewy, the chicken was over-breaded and the bbq jerk sauce was very sickly. The fries and mac and cheese had a strange aftertaste. Disappointed as the pics and reviews online looked great- maybe I got them on an off day.

Quite honestly one of the nicest meals I’ve ever eaten. We got a bbq boneless chicken box with Mac and cheese, fries and rice and peas, and a side of jalapeño poppers. All of the food was incredible, really well seasoned and very tasty! Mac and cheese was to die for! We will definitely be back soon 👌🏼

Got a takeaway from there last night and... WOW! Chicken sharing box was superb, all of the chicken wings and pieces really, really tasty. Chicken places are ten a penny but it is rare to order some and then it really surprise you with the flavours and seasoning. The rice and fries with the box again were delicious. Also had a burger, which was mind blowingly tasty and the chocolate brownie waffle with the chicken box just topped it off, what an incredible desert! New favourite takeaway!

When I received the food it seemed okay, didnt finish any of it as the jerk burger didnt seem right and neither did the side of pasta bake. A day later was sent home from work because i was so ill and i had food poisoning. Had to have been from here as it was the only thing i had eaten the day before. Was horrendously ill all day yesterday and has resulted in me missing 2 days pay from work. Might have just been unlucky and had a bad experience but will not be eating from here again and will not be recommending at all.

The people in this place are amazing The food is delicious. The kilos fries and the secret saurce hits the spot and the waffle is heaven

Ordered several times for here. The vegan box is absolutely brilliant. The spiciness is good (anywhere from mild to very hot) and the special Kilo sauce is amazing. Some of the best vegan food I've tasted, and you get massive portions for the price you pay.

WOW!! If I could give it 6/5 I would... the best burger ever! Awesome flavours and cooked perfectly. Special sauce is ace and both the corn and mac&cheese had something that made them stand out. Would DEFFINITELY get again, next time I'm Liverpool. Thankyou!
