KFC in Down

Staff are friendly and helpful but the quantity of food is a total disagree for the increased price, I'm not joking when I say u get about 15 chips in the bag, total disgrace, only that we had taken it home to eat or I would have complained big time, chicken was full of batter and very little meat, won't be rushing back to carryduff one anytime soon. They need to give people what they pay for

Lovely kfc and good popcorn chicken

Ordered two meals, young guy was very friendly on drive through but when I got home one chicken burger meal was inedible. The chicken tasted like rubber… Tried to call the but no answer, left message and waiting on a reply. Very disappointed!My one star was for good customer service from this young man. I post how long it takes for a reply

They keep putting the vegan burger on the UberEats menu but cancelling any order for it.

The place recently had a facelift but it’s still the same. Dude had to get his college on the order mic because he couldn’t understand me for a couple of mins lol, she was brilliant though.

Consistently get the order wrong. Returned a few times to correct it and they don't always get it right the second time. Happens 3/5 times unfortunately. Also rarely has ice in the drinks.

Not as good as normal. funny taste to the food gravy only part filled chips terrible normally good. I think the boss was working to night not as good service compared to the other staff. Still one of the best kfc in Belfast but really could of done better tonight.

There is something missing every time I order a meal. Then they didn't admit their mistakes, They did not send the missing item back to me and they put the blame on just eat. I feel that their service is very poor. Once again, the opportunity is still the same. I won't be ordering dinner anymore.

On arrival the queue of traffic didnt appear to be moving, but the jeep in front of me was miles away from the previous car. Ordering did appear slow, as they were only taking one order at a time. When it came to my turn to order, the young fella was nice and pleasant, and very friendly. My items were efficiently bagged and handed to me along with a cheery Enjoy your meal
