Hygiene very poor.I was handed an absolutely filthy sweetner popper and told the staff that it was disgusting to be asked" what was the issue ? Its only chocolate!!"The toilet was covered in dirt and urine.I left after paying for my order but didn't drink it.I have taken photos and they have been reported.

Used this coffee shop for a work meeting today, a lovely spot with friendly staff and cozy surroundings. Great selection of buns and deserts which we enjoyed very much!

Nice coffee shop in Saintfield, based in a shop that has home furnishings, a health store and garden furniture. There's indoor and outside seating. Good food and coffee in relaxing surroundings.

Great coffee 😀 hidden gem warm and friendly owners....and playful big dog! Super stop for cyclist who venture around dramara hills 😎 friend and myself were there on Sunday. Lovely soup,scones and lemon cake with coffee thanks see all again 😁

Scone was fine, coffee was fine. Service was a tad slow (even when giving them benefit of the doubt due to covid restrictions etc). Seating provided could be comfier.

Was really looking forward to going here and the coffee and scones we got were excellent and the decor lovely. The downside was the slowness of the service. We also ordered bagels to go, only to find that all of them were do hard you could have used them to throw at a riot! I gave up cutting the first one with a bread knife and binned the lot.

Staff where pleasant!my chicken and ham pie was dry and soo over cooked that the sides of the chicken where hard and had turned a different colour! My partner said his fry was nice but he had to leave his americano as it definitely wasn’t fresh and there was some sort of scum floating on the top! Very disappointed as Jackson’s has such a good reputation and I have been a fan of their products for many years! I will skip the coffee shop next time!

The atmosphere was fantastic (think homely) and their scones are incomparable. The coffee was really good too. If you're ever in Banbridge I recommend giving here a try.

A lovely coffee shop.It has a country feel to it, and a good seating arrangement, with the option of sitting outside in a lovely courtyard, with pleasant surrounding's.The coffee is great, and lovely home made cake and tray bakes.They also have decent toilet facilities.The coffee shop is also connected to a fabulous furniture shop and health shop.I would definitely recommend this place.

Just visited today for the first time and we were really impressed. They used really high quality bread for their panini's not the standard you get everywhere. Wife got the soup which she really liked. Coffee had a nice flavour as well. We were pleasantly surprised and would like to get back soon.
