Excellent food and drink. Limited and tight parking unfortunately though.

Called in Fathers Day not booked with my wee Dog. You can bring your Dog's here and eat outside in fact he was so well looked after by our waitress she even got him food and a bone.Had a lovely meal, great service and food. Give it a go. I loved it.

Great food and drink. Large portions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely surroundings. Had a family meal here and everyone enjoyed the visit.

First time eating at the Maghera Inn and everything about this place was fantastic.Brilliant menu, unbelievable food and staff who ensure that the whole experience runs like clockwork!Will definitely return when in the area again, and recommend to anyone I know going to the Newcastle area.

Perfect comfort food, it was beautiful, we had garlic bread, burgers and steak. Fantastic quality juicy meat and large portions. Service was great, the staff were really on the ball. Highly recommend. However, some of the parking situation is a nightmare. Not many cars on arrival, so reversed into a space easy enough, but car park was full when we returned to the car, and it was really tight to get out. A helpful chef came out to assist though lol The area we were in had steps but I think there were accessible areas.

Fabulous wee place. Beautifully decorated. Warm ,homely, clean and pleasant.The menu was quite extensive and varied. I chose the pan fried salmon. It was presented Beautifully and was so fresh and tasty.Great value, great tasting and plentiful.The staff were pleasant, efficient and polite.This place is a MUST visit.

Had a turkey and ham Sunday dinner from here and it was amazing. Everything well cooked and tasty. Also had a pavalova for dessert which was also top of the notch. Really recommended.

Absolutely amazing food! This caramel espresso martini was brilliant, it would have been so wonderful for brunch. My parents and I went for Sunday dinner and had the stuffed leg of lamb. The portion sizes were so generous and the food full of taste. Photographer is the chicken liver parfait in homemade wheaten bread with added treacle - simply beautiful.

The food here is fantastic. Huge quantities and great quality for a good price. We were also very impressed with how well they have followed covid restrictions. The tables are properly spaced apart with open windows. We haven't really been eating indoors at restaurants yet but I had no concerns eating here. Staff were polite and very helpful. When we took the baby outside to get him to sleep, they offered to keep my husband's food warm until he returned. Would love to come again!
