Great little spot for lovely cuppa and cake..great friendly service and food.

Have eaten here numerous times and we are never disappointed. The food is great ,fresh ingredients and cooked to order. There only downfall is their facilities, being as busy as they are these need to be cleaned through out the day. Theres always a patch of water on the floor, its an accident waiting to happen and the room itself would benefit from a deep clean.The staff are fantastic, nothing is an issue with them ,very pleasant and professional.

Very pleasant experience, good range on offer including a few specials. Food excellent, service pleasant and quick. Good portions, all In all very good indeed.

The food was terrible. It used be really good here thats why we went out of our way to go here.I can only assume it's a new chef. The table we sat wasn't cleaned so we didn't mind waiting but you could see the food wasn't touched from the last people that sat there.We got two fajitas and they where so tart from the disgusting overpowering prepacked bbq sauce. It was over filled with large chunks of veg and 3 small chuncks of chicken like the type you find in Tescos packets. Terrible we won't be back.

Always consistently good food , and not over priced . Good selection of items . Try the chocolate and orange scone's , my wife say'they " brill " .

Oh my goodness, vegetarian faijita, out if this world. Beautiful chips and salad accompanying it went down a treat too. Husband's rhubarb scone he says was delicious, it certainly disappeared quickly..and my son enjoyed his croissant with cheese and bacon. Would thoroughly recommend this spot. Will not disappoint. Added bonus of beautiful views.

Love this cafe, you always get a great feed! Food is always lovely and there is great service from friendly staff. We always come here for something to eat when we visit Newcastle

This is a nice cafe situated at the entrance to Donard Car Park. A great location when climbing the Mournes. We've been visiting for many years. The sweet treats, traybakes cake, scones etc are all home made and are very nice. The menu is extensive for savoury food too. Our choice was always the healthy breakfast. It is difficult to get good poached eggs and theirs are pretty much perfect. Lately though the rest of the breakfast has been a bit lacking. The tomatoes have been dried up and hard and the bacon undercooked and fatten more than one occasion. I still like this place and will be back but next time I'll try something different from the menu. The staff are friendly and the place is spotless.

Great spot with some super views over the bay and along the coast. They serve a good breakfast complete with free coffee top up's. Pleasant staff and very comfortable surroundings. I would highly recommend this place as good for food in Newcastle.
