The food is lovely but the dessert is horribleThe chocolate fudge cake is as dry as the Sahara desert the apple cake was mushy there was a rotten blueberry and instead of vanilla ice cream they gave us strawberry which didn't go well with the desserts at all. Overall it was disgusting, I don't recommend .Oh and the table we had was so wonky I almost spilled my coffee.the girl that was serving us spilled coffee all over the cup

Incredible vegan menu, the banana blossom "fish" & chips and the cauliflower wings were both 10/10. So many other delicious sounding options, we'll be back soon to try them all! The perfect location after walking up Slieve Donard too. Very friendly and welcoming staff, thank you!

Always a great atmosphere here. Great staff and service. Pool Room could do with a bit more Heat though. But all in all, good place 👍

Ive been a few times now and i have to say, there must be something in the Guinness because these people know how to have a good time. The bar is buzzing...the lounge(s) are buzzing...out the back is buzzing. They sing, they dance, they love the craic....young and old enjoy the atmosphere equally. How refreshing. The hidden jem of Newcastle....go seek it out.

Super friendly and helpful staff as well as great vegan food. Very happy we chose to go here for a post-hike dinner and beer!

My wife and I was in for dinner for my birthday all the girls that was working could not do enough and when all every friendly its be a few years from I was in the bar. And all way say we should go in for something to eat we will be back for eating again and maybe a few drinks in one of there bar garden

Great service and a hidden gem in Newcastle. There was good enough variety on the menu and on tap. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend the steak sandwich.
