Always good food, our usual take away delivery, good and polite customer service , keep it up! :)

Had a lovely meal. We chose veggie and prawn dishes as we eat halal meat.

The food is really nice but I personally believe the buffet is expensive. I don't mind going occasionally but it's not somewhere I would go all the time.Some staff really friendly others not so great.

Cooked to perfection, the emperor really is amazing and without a doubt the best Chinese in the area. Food was extremely good, and the staff were helpful & gracious. We paid a set price for a buffet (all you can eat) and the price was very reasonable. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we will definitely be back!

Exceptional food, good service. Had takeaway (for 3) and food in the restaurant (group 5), both time food was amazing on all dishes. My uncles favourite Chinese restaurant, is a regular.

Excellent service, both food and drinks are served very quickly, staff are attentive and happy to help.The food is nothing short of delicious and I’m happy to report some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in London.

Food is actually really good Service is very very poor. You can order anything you like off the menu for one price .but if you order to much and don't eat it you will get charged for food waste at £5 a dish. Which is understandable if you were ordering 5 or 6 dishes over and leaving then .we ordered 2 dishes too much but ate some of it.Waitress was extremely rude and said we had to pay £10 on top. So we said can we take the leftover dishes home and she said no .we don't do that here .Surely if you paid extra for the dishes they are yours and have full rights to take them home .this isn't acceptable .

Lovely buffet food, they only put a small, but healthy amount of food out at a time so the food is always fresh when you go to take it, would defintely recommend the Sunday lunch buffet, the evening buffet is great too where you order by the plate, but more expensive than the buffet but both is all you can eat!!! Great food, great atmosphere
