Delicious food, lovely setting and friendly staff. The expansion of the extra seating areas inside is only going to make this place better. I don't mind queuing outside. Shows how popular this place is, and rightly so.

This place is great. Food, staff even a shop on way out that had the amazing Wheaton bread they served.

·

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The generous portion sizes of home cooked food will leave you wanting to make many return visits.

·

Nice food in a very nice setting. Would be great for a sophisticated lunch as the new conservatory is stunning. However, when we've been there the staff have been stressed and service was very slow and quite poor. We also didn't feel it was child friendly.

Whilst our food was lovely and eventually staff friendly we did not appreciate how we were spoken to on arriving. Whilst we appreciate we had to wait to be seated there was no signs to say we had to wait outside or to keep door shut so to be told off and patronized by a young member of staff you are lucky we stayed to eat (that’s only because we were hungry).

I've been going to ashvale a lot of times and i feel bad for not giving them a well deserve review in Google so here it is.Friendly, fast and Great service from staff! Love the ambiance and food are delicious, reasonably priced and always served hot / warm! They are also consistent with covid measures such as masks, hand hygiene, cleaning. Overall always a great experience with Ashvale. Ive uploaded their breakfast menu and would visit again for lunch and afternoon tea on our next visit.

Beautiful place ❤️ staff are all wonderful. Had the chicken satay salad and white chocolate and raspberry scones with jam and clotted cream. Coffee was so nice so. Nice strength. Yummy! Then was so luck that there was 70% off for in the clothes shop which is expensive without the sale but top stuff!

Just had a lovely brunch at Ashvale Farm Shop and Tea Room. I recommend this place highly. The food was great, I had the poached egg with bacon and avocado on sourdough. There is a beautiful wee garden hid behind a stone wall, with tables and picnic mats on the grass and a tent to ward off any rain showers. The area is very tranquil, and ideal for a quick bite or a larger meal. I had eaten in here before and the dining space was a little cramped but clearly the new extension now under way will solve that problem once doors open for inside dining also. Five stars from me.

Excellent food and service. I will definitely be back. Be prepared to wait for a table I expect you won't be disappointed though.
