Bob and Berts in Lisburn

Chicken Goujons were over cooked and so hard would have gotten better in Iceland to be honest, I ordered the famous Cesar salad which was vile mostly rocket which I wouldn't have minded only it was soggy and tasted vile way to much Cesar dressing which again tasted off. No croutons but two slabs of what was apparently garlic bread zero taste to it. The girl on the counter was fantastic and took the salad and refunded me as I was well put off. I'm not sure who's in the kitchen these days but the food has seriously went down hill.c coffee was meh. Doubt we will be back again.

Love the coffee as it's always made perfectly.Also love the gluten free muffin usually. Unfortunately some were covered in mould when I was there and again today some have mould on them . I always get one but this has put me off. I think they should keep these refrigerated or check the shelf life. Also lots of littelr lying around ourside so it looks very bad and also bad for the environment and look of the town.

Only had coffee ,but love how you can get free refill of house coffee xFood being served looked really good .Always seems busy.

On a positive note the gluten free options are clear, and the staff confirm that it's gluten free when serving. The food was fine, although the cheese on the burgers wasn't great. I'm not sure if that's across the franchise or just this one.

Quick service. Good coffee but had run out of gluten free muffins and brownies unfortunately. I can always get one in B&Berts in Ards when I go there. Disappointed as the Lisburn branch didn't have them last time I went either....

Recently whilst visiting Lisburn we decided we would try Bob&Berts for the 1st time.My friends received their food & I waited for a good 20 mins before mine arrived.. but I have to say it was well worth the wait. Cos of this myself & 2 friends were compensated with a coffee & traybake each..Great customer service.Will be back

Over priced and incorrect information on food resulting in a request for same dish but without certain sauces. Then it took nearly 15 minutes for the food to come despite the cafe being almost empty. There is much better family run cafe 2 doors down

I really love this place, breakfast are gorgeous, staff are always really friendly. Nice decor, great selection the only this that could be better is their coffee. It tastes like a generic blend but most people are used to that so I didn't take a star off.
