Bodene's Texas Bbq Diner in Lisburn

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. Good food and plenty of it and was a great value for money. Staff were very professional, very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend it.

Was a lovely feed as always. Very good at getting food out in a reasonable time. The staff or more than willing to tend to your needs.

I usually give Bodenes 5 stars but I was very disappointed. Went with my little grandchildren and my granddaughter who is just 4 only wanted beans and chips. They charged 1.20 for the tiniest pot of beans and 3.50 for a small portion of fries. I am celiac and asked for a cheeseburger and fries. The burger and fries were very overcooked. My husband and grandsons meals however were lovely. Not once did anyone come see if we had all we needed . Very disappointed in the service this time.

Doing all the right things re covid to start with. Very pleasant welcome and then escorted to our table. Full menu that made it hard to choose. We had drinks and our food (massive) arrived very quickly and hot. We were very happy with Bodenes staff, immense food, and sensible affordable prices, and we tinkled the staff tip box. Easy 5 stars and would highly recommend Bodenes.

Amazing food and always amazing service. everytime we go anywhere else for dinner, brother and dad say they would prefer to go to bodenes instead. Always worth the money as the food prices are insane. Can get two meals out of one… best in Lisburn! X

Great diner ,serving tasty food, lots of variety at affordable prices . Specials on for 2 or 3 courses. American diner, dinosaur themed so children will love it. Fast service and plenty of booths. Happy vibe and well cleaned. The food is really good and piping hot. Fast, fresh and fabulously tasty.

Excellent portions, great selection, tasty food and friendly staff. Unlikely to leave unhappy and also unlikely that you won't go back... I definitely will!

Met at the door to be asked for covid and ID details which was reassuring Chose 3 course Christmas meal costing £20 if you like your spuds this is the place to go plenty of them roasted, jacket & cream served on the plate or on the side. The salmon fillet pretty small slightly overdone but plenty of veg to make up for it if you like veg.Starter was mushroom in batter with slice of garlic bread very enjoyable. Dessert was apple pie custard & ice cream can't really go wrong with that choice. Perhaps my choice of salmon wasn't in keeping with the menu as this is more diner than fine dining restaurant but the party of six I was with all enjoyed their meals of burgers bacon chicken etc.Staff rather slow to react to requests had to ask multiple times for extra drinks etc. If you like plenty of food on your plate this is the place not sure if its an ideal establishment for the calorie counting fraternity.

Came here for lunch. By far the best dish was the baby ribs with chicken - nice, tender and tasty. Chunky chips and green salad were fine too. However, burger was definitely a disappointment, the beef patty being dry and overcooked with badly burnt spots (despite we ordered it to be done medium). Likewise the Chicken nuggets tasted bland and my kid did not like it. Overall a mixed dining experience, and some dishes could have been better executed.
