Burger King in Lisburn

If could of give no stars I would off ordered on app didn't get my dips I paid for also bought three cokes getting charged extra to have delivered diet coke good at taking your money but no good at getting a simple order right

Ordered via Uber eats on 24/10/2021, went for the plant based whopper meal (with extra cheese on two and an extra patty on one). The burgers tasted fantastic and definitely not your old school traditional cardboard veggie burger, I would highly recommend. The large chips taste great and in my humble opinion much betters than a McDs.Also ordered the 20piece chilli cheese bites sharebox, not a fan and over half left (personal preference). I would also advise if ordering via Uber that at checkout an additional £2.99 service charge is added on top of delivery, so be prepared to factor that cost in on your order. Didn’t get any napkins although selected on checkout option and items on Uber group order not labelled with names as are usually.Still give 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (as no 4.5 star option and not a 4 star either)

For the second time I've been waiting for 3 hours to get my order and then all of a sudden it got cancelled without any notice. Very disappointed.

Staff are not friendly and helpful they just stand and talk and always gets the orders wrong what you say it to them all they say is that's what you ordered if that would stop talking to each other when they take you order the mistake would not happen

That tall, young Lad with the dark hair called mark is not only a pleasure to look at but a pleasure to be served by. Would recommend and will certainly return!

Disastrous. Long waiting times, don't even acknowledge customers waiting. Bunch of clueless idiots, more brains in fish fingers. Also, they were rude. Don't recommend.

Food great but honestly waited 20 mins for 1 meal...seemed forever

Uninterested staff, poor service and lukewarm food

No toys with kids meal and my Grandson was very disappointed. That's the second time.

Very nice food & drink friendly staff
