Woh has this cafe gone down hill. TThey will no doubt blame it on Covid. The floor was very dirty, went to sit at 2 table's both needed cleaned.Just needs a clean up the sofas. Need replacing.Staff need to talk less to each other and get onto the floor and clean the place up.

My regular stop for a triple expresso. I would prefer a choice of coffees, I'm a "columbian" man by choice. Always great service and good prices. "AND" I get offered a glass of water to take away the taste of coffee.

Café Nero (Caligula) has the most sumptuous aromas and atmosphere. And they play Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald piped in on the sound system. Nice!

Asked for a soya latte and the (maskless) girl behind the counter asked if I was really allergic or was it just a preference. I told her I had an intolerance, not an allergy, so I wouldn't die but I'd still get sick. She told me there would still be traces of dairy in my drink because they also make dairy drinks with the same steamer. I asked what they do for people with allergies and she said they can't take away every bit of dairy. I got the feeling she didn't like making non dairy drinks because it caused her hassle, imagine having to use a different milk jug and clean the steamer between drinks!I used to be a frequent customer in this place but in recent months the staff have changed and definitely not for the better.

Used to be great but has completely gone to the dogs. Coffee still OK but every table was filthy. I don't mean that grubbiness you get when staff are too busy, I mean that it looked like the tables chairs and floor hadn't been cleaned in days. Such a shame.
