A personal hell on earth.Firstly, this Eddie rocket's used to be fantastic. The addition of Spoon Street has ultimately wrecked the location. It's like sitting in a playgroup now whilst exhausted parents allow their cracked up on sugar children to be moderated by the rest of the restaurant. For the record, I don't hate children, but parents taking their children here seem to forget that theyre supposed to be in control of their kids. The staff have all been replaced by 16 year olds who are the polar opposite, they do absolutely nothing. After sitting for 20+ minutes I asked for a menu and was met by an eye roll. was a weekly diner but will never ever be back

4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) had a great feed here.Place wasnt overly busy, this was around 5.30 on a Friday. We were seated quickly and service was very attentive throughout, staff were friendly.Kids were given crayons and their menus had various puzzles. We opted for the family deal - 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals for £27.Kids got chicken nuggets and chips each with soft drinks. Thumbs up from them.Adults got burgers. My wife had the chicken pepper popper burger. It was a decent size and well put together. Lots of jalapenos and hot sauce. Very tasty!I had the chicken bacon cheese burger, minus the cheese. Once again, decent size burger and well put together. Will certainly have it again. Both burgers came with a large bowl of lovely fries (which neither of us could finish) and soft drinks.Spoon Street shares floor space with the restaurant so we did that for dessert.Great experience altogether, made even better by the price. We will definitely be back.Hint: keep your burger in its wrapper when eating to stop the bits falling out :)

Horribly overpriced food, dirty tables. Mediocre service. There are better places to eat for cheaper at the complex

Lots of parking, very clean dining area beautifully decorated in an American Diner style. Food was excellent and staff were pleasant.

Not enough stuff to serve all customers. The orders were taken quick but we have waited for 30 mins for drinks and 45 mins for burgers. Our burgers, fries and chicken wings are all cold. Burgers are not juicy. Won't come back again.

I just popped in for a quick bite to eat and got the chips, chilli con carne and cheese. Well tasty. Staff friendly and professional. Will come back again👍

Amazing dinner. Really nice decor giving that American diner look. Food is great and well priced.

Lovely food, nice presentation. Plates a wee bit on the small side.. the actual plates, so if you want to cut your food you'll struggle a little bit. But we enjoyed the atmosphere and food.

great looking place, chips as hard as the road..... burgers were alright..... very expensive all round... took ages for food to arrive.... when paying the cooking staff had expressions on them like the chips tasted!!!!! At least it came with a free side..... Of Disappointment!!
