Jacks Honest Food in Lisburn

At 15:50 I tried to order and pay for two roast dinner to be collected 40mins later and was turned away. Apparently, despite there being roast dinners now, they could not guarantee that there would be (40mins later) despite me offering to pay for them now. I asked could they not then set aside the ingredients for mine (as they are sold) and Cook them for 4:30pm. No they can’t do that!!! Would give no stars if it was an option.Will go elsewhere. It’s not a big ask.

The food is good lots left over for tomorrow 😋 even the dog got loads .

Customer service was okey and we got the food really fast. The cheeseburger was okey and chicken strips with curry chips acceptable. The other chicken strips were hard as a rock…impossible to eat otherwise you’ll loose a teeth. Onion rings well…too greasy and a funny taste so it went straight to the bin.

Food and service excellent. Have had a numbervof takeaway meals from here and all have been very tasty, fresh and well cooked.

Great food, at a reasonable price. The range of food available could be extended, but the food available is always made to perfection. Staff are also helpful and friendly!

Called in and they weren’t open yet so I asked for a drink of water for my wee pup and the lady gave a lovely cold ( free ) bottle of water from the fridge for her ! ( I left her water in musgrave park 🙄) Amazing kindness goes a long way thank you very much she literally gulped it down ! Thank you again Lisa & Kiba 🐶

Staff are friendly and lovely but food hygiene is some what to be desired. While I stood and waited for my order to cooked I watch a staff member who was cooking my food touch raw chicken then touch cooked onion rings then rub his nose then proceed to touch the burger I was praying it wasn't my order but turned out to be my order I thought about it on the way home and decided that it was all for the bin as I didn't trust not to get sick from it

Food is amazing and inexpensive considering the quality of the ingredients. My favourite items are the "dirty" fries, they're like a meal in itself rather than a side. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

This is the nearest thing to American food in Ireland. If you have ever watched Man vr Food .then go here .The Big Nasty is something else. Also the dirty chip is amazing. And it's a brilliant price for the amount of food you get .If I could give more than 5 stars I would .Brilliant. Brilliant. Brilliant
