Joseph's Cafe at Menarys in Lisburn

My first time in the relocated store,very cramped not enough room between displays,poor social distancing, very few assistants,no one to offer help so disappointing😠😠

Great selection of men's and women's clothes and shoes. They continue to offer the option to try on clothes in the store whilst the majority of shops do not.

I was purchasing a clock table and there was only one left. The one left was a display one. Muriel the supervisor was very helpful and patient with me. She also helped to try and source another one from another branch but not able to. She then helped me test the clock to ensure that it was working. Customer service is first class and she deserves a promotion to be a Manager! Very satisfied with her service throughout!
