Disabled toilets are a disgrace! Disable toilets are now meant to ba hand dryer free or have a warning above saying it's noisy for people with noise sensitivity. Unfortunately these don't... and where the hand dryer is is directly above the toilet so any time you sit down it goes off!!! Not helpful at all. I have son who has severe noise sensitivity due to asd... I'd only just managed to get him into toilets without panicking and now he would rather wet himself than use any public toilets due to the experience here!!! Layout needs changing ASAP

A great place to stop on the way to Dublin from Belfast. Got good friendly staff and loads of car parking

They need to teach their staff basic maths. Can’t even give the correct change . Unbelievable

Just called for a carry out and was approached by a member of staff to say that only one person out of a group could wait inside and your partner had to wait outside. Seems to me that no one understands the current covid regulations considering that the notice on the entry door states 6 people can sit at a table. Maybe staff should pay more attention to ensuring that face coverings are worn by everyone which is mandatory. Customer care is really non existant at this outlet as this is not the first time that the same female employee has crossed my path in this way.

Used uber eats placed order 21:55 Still NO food by 23:15 tried phoning the store obviously no answer. Estimated time changed 5 times and still no food turned up 😡😡😡😡🤬 Then they cancelled the order and told me I will be refunded within 10 days. So angry 😠 😡

Order No 047 Sat 27/11/2021 - Burger, Veggie Wrap and 2X Large chips. Sit in meal, it was prepared in good time but the serving temperature of food was barely tepid. We were in too much a hurry to complain so we ate it and left. Place was not too busy either so no excuse for this.Also Blue Badge and Family parking spots are too short for any thing larger than a small car. Parked cars extend excessively over the the defining lines. Not good for people with mobility problems.

Called at 23:35 to discover closed 25 mins early on the 18th October. Call again at 23:00 hrs and yet again to find it closed where there Web page clearly shows closes midnight second night in row very disappointing

An easy stop off if you are in a rush and need food or just happen to be stopping by but would not be my regular fast food stop. The food recently has been made well and warm but sometimes the food can be made wrong or can be cold as soon as you eat it from the drive thru. Can be very hit and miss with staff too with some being very friendly and helpful and some staff being very unhelpful.

3:45 am ordered espresso through window waited about 5 mins window 3 nobody appeared at window came out from car shouted but no answer drove through drive through again told the guy on window 1 he said he can't do anything it's not his job.then went to window again still none there after couple of minutes a girl came and said they were in back room.wonder why your staff would be hiding on busy Saturday night. Disappointed 😥😥
