Square bistro in Lisburn

Absolutely one of the best meals l have ever eaten, can only be described as perfectly delicious. Service was amazing with fantastic attentive staff . Great menu and a varied wine list . Can't wait to return what a wonderful way to spend mother's day. Thank you 👏👏👏

Friends brought us here for a wee dinner while we were visiting, we were so impressed with the food -such creative pairings and flavours, we hope to come back next time we are in NI.

My wife and I in today for lunch. Fantastic as always, food and service both second to none. No photos as food demolished too quick! Had Satay prawns for starters and korean chicken for mains. Outstanding.Wee early Christmas present too from Cristina.Great to see a local family run business doing things right!

My wife and I visited The Square Bistro for lunch on Friday 10th December. We booked via ‘res diary’ and the process was simple and efficient!We arrived at the restaurant about 5 minutes early for our 12midday booking and were immediately impressed ! We were met at the door by a very pleasant and professional young lady ( I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) who greeted us and enquired if we had our ‘covid passports’ which we did! She showed us to our table (which was well spaced from the tables on either side ) and she scanned the QR codes on our phones! The table and chairs were spotlessly clean and there was a sanitiser placed on the table! We got our menus and again were impressed with the choice of food on offer! We chose the scallops and salted chilli prawns for starters followed by the baked cod with champ and the haddock and chips! Even though we had no room for dessert we couldn’t resist the toffee apple crumble which we shared! All was washed down with a lovely bottle of Australian Shiraz - (Well we were celebrating both our birthdays!) I have to say the food was totally amazing, we both enjoyed every mouthful!From start to finish our lunch at The Square Bistro was perfect , thanks to all the staff we encountered , the amazing chefs and kitchen staff, and the management who have obviously given considerable thought to the safety and comfort of their staff and customers in these difficult times! We will definitely be back !

The Square was fabulous. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us, they were also very knowledgeable about the menu. To finish it the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

The food here is amazing. Staff are friendly. Never had a bad meal. First class restaurant

One of the best restaurants in Lisburn. Went for one of the specials which still used duck but prepared differently to the regular menu. Sounded better than it actually was. Disappointed reading about the potatoes only to be served roast potatoes with green chilli on top. I would go back but I would just stick to the basic menu. Need to make a booking to avoid disappointment as it's very popular.
