The Tap Room at Hilden Brewery in Lisburn

Passed by on several occasions and eventually made it, so glad we did. Probably the best coffee we have ever had , beautiful surroundings friendly and helpful staff. If you're in Lisburn you have got to find this place..we will never walk past Hilden Brewery without calling for coffee and a scone..

Coffee at Hilden Brewery is a great hidden gem to go for lunch or just coffee and a scone. The staff are really helpful and the food is great. Once you drive through the gate, it feels as if you're in the countryside. A table beside the wood burner is the cosiest place to be! I loved their afternoon tea too.

Lovely venue friendly staff but unfortunately very poor food. The Hake was way over cooked and salted, the gnocchi had so much flour in it, that it was more like garlic bread. The pork belly was also way over cooked and very tough, too much salt and dry mash. The scallops were nice. It's been a while since I have not finished a meal in a restaurant but sadly on this occasion I could not finish the meal. At £15 and £18 for each dish I expect much better. I explained my issues with the food to the staff and to their credit they offered free desert and coffee but on this occasion I declined.

Food is amazing and they brew their own beer. Highly recommend you visit here, you won't be disappointed. Brought home a bottle of their Belfast Blonde for my shelf.

Lovely dining experience at Hilden Brewery. Special occasion for our weddjng anniversary. The food was delicious...."the best meal ever" according to my husband! I am Vegan, and the food was lovely. Hilden Brewery has always been a favourite of ours. Ambiance and decor warm and welcoming, the staff are professional but friendly. We will always be back!

I recently used the take away service to surprise my parents during lockdown with a meal from the Hilden Brewery as they've always enjoyed visiting the restaurant. Frances was super helpful in getting everything arranged and my parents loved it all - in fact 10/10 for the steak and ale pie was given. Great job all round. Looking forward to visiting on person again soon.

A beautiful venue with unique setting. I have visited both as a guest and wedding supplier and this venue is unlike any other.if you are looking for a wedding venue outside the Belfast Area that is unique and bespoke, this venue ticks the boxes, had friendly and accommodating staff, and has excellent communication with your suppliers like myself

We managed to make it just in time for lunch! The food at the tap room was excellent. Really enjoyed the fish and chips. Unfortunately they did not have their full range of beer on tap, but what was available was really fresh (Irish stout, Barney Brew, Hilden Halt). Do note they have fixed timings for lunch and dinner, and we were told that brewery tours are by appointment only. Parking is available, though the path towards the brewery is narrow. Nonetheless, enjoyed ourselves here.
