Caffe Nero in North Down

We enjoy Caffè Nero in Bangor with a nice hot chocolate and marshmallows our grand daughter love it 😀

Table cleaning good.relaxed atmosphere. Ham and cheese sandwich toasted

Attentive staff. Gareth leaving .but others well able to serve customers.friendly and personable . Between customer table cleaning wasn't up to usual standard.i believe someone off with COVID.

Big fan of Cafe Nero. Great coffee, treats and snacks. Only let down to this chain is cleaning...they all need to look at this important aspect of service some more than others. Bangor isn't too bad and staff very helpful.

Wee bald fella was very abrupt - made us the wrong coffees. Also asked him not to burn the milk and he burnt the milk. Like drinking lava. Real dirty place this - you don't even want to touch the surfaces. Clean your windows for the love of God!

Calvin who served us was brilliant .... couldnt do enough for us and was so pleasant!! Highly recommend. Be back soon .

Got a phone call from my wife to park up and come into the shop in Bangor as the staff wouldn't accept her method of payment? She was willing to pay but it was a £50 note that they wouldn't accept. My wife had called into have a coffee while waiting on me this day as she had just finished a session doing volunteer work in the town. Usually she would get the train back so luckily not this day as how would she have paid?Embarrassingly my wife had to wait until I arrived to collect her from my work in Belfast to pay the bill.No signage stating they never accepted Sterling of certain denominations.Shop and spend local, never again here anyway.

Quick service. All employees masked and food preparation was done properly with no food left without a cover. Staff helpful and friendly

Hollywood Branch much cleaner and lovely staff ,,was in the Bangor Nero knot very clean could diffently do with make over!!

Love the coffee, but the environment is always conducive to sit and work or relax. When time over coffee important I've never felt rushed to get another customer in. Can bring my baby into one in Bangor, hoping strict rules on dogs not behaving, so that will continue. My fav is apricot croissant
