Waited 1 hour 30 mins for the to deliver. Delivery driver left the food on our door step and was half way down the street before I opened the door. 12inch pizza was missing from the order lol.Ran after the driver once I realised, but he was long gone. Tried to call them 6 times but no answer and no ability to leave a message. The food that did arrive was rough. Chips double fried, hard and chewy in places and the curry sauce was like water with barely any at all.I 100% could NOT recommend this gross takeaway any harder. Unless you enjoy getting half your order and the half you do end up getting being absolutely skinkin. We refunded the order and bucked it out.

Order cancelled on deliveroo 2 hours after placing it and after it being accepted. Nothing else open by the time they cancelled. Useless.

So I will start by saying that we order from chillies all the time and we all genuinely love it but tonight chicken kebab arrived plain just gravy on chips and the chicken had a putrid tang to it but of course when I phoned to say I was told it was impossible as fresh chicken is used daily (yeah right with a tang that strong I assure you it's not fresh chicken) so long story short I've paid £33.50 for food that had to be thrown but yes I'm lying sure thing wont be spending it again on piss poor quality food DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED BUT I GUESS THATS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES. YOU ONLY GOT 5 STARS SO PEOPLE CAN SEE MY POST !!!!

Unfortunately after regularly ordering the usually delicious steak kebab with kebab sauce I was greeted with a steak kebab that was flavourless, sauce that smelled like yellow sauce (which they sent us three tubs of when we ordered kebab sauce). Without a double the worst kebab I've had in my life. When we called to speak with them the manager told us that the sauce was the same as usual and to his credit, he did make us a fresh kebab and send it out - however it was the same sauce and honestly disgusting. All I can say is, if it was kebab sauce then it was watered down to within an inch of its life but I suspect it was just yellow sauce.After years of eating here I unfortunately will never be ordering from here again. It was out first time ordering since lockdown so perhaps it has fallen under new management and that's why things have slipped.

I’ve been to chillies every Friday for the past 4 months and I wouldn’t change anything, quality service especially the Doner bap and can (meal 3( my favourite)).

Great menu. Something to make everyones mouth water. Friendly, fast and efficient service. Pizza's are great!

Started using two weeks ago as others closed down. Kebabs amazin, vindaloo amazin, garlic naan amazin. Picked up and everything hot. Quality.

I've been ordering from this place when I lived in Bangor, and even after I moved to Holywood, for almost five years now . The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they cater to all of my whims . I come from England, where we get Indian restaurants and takeouts in every street, so I don't please so easily. I would definitely recommend this place to others to try out as Chillies offer great quality food at a great price, and the restaurants and takeouts that are here in County Down do not offer anywhere near the same quality of food and service.

Worst curry i have ever had , extremely salty horrendous sauce ,no herbs just a salty oil coating tough processed chicken and a supermarket pitta instead of authentic naan bread.First and last time i would waste time and money in this establishment, AVOID !
