KFC in North Down

Enjoyable food staff need to pay more attention to orders. A tendency to forget food especially going through the drive though .

This place is a nightmare. The worst kfc. The only one to run out of chicken regularly.It's all down to management and the staff being half there most of the time. Ordered two seperate orders. They charged me all for one so pressed them for the refund. Holding up their drive through for ridiculous amounts of time. So then the staff literally gave me back 13 pound for nothing? And gave us 20pound order so over half the order was free. Out of box meals etc only charged for 3 Kansas bites . While it was not correct.Maybe compensation for the fact they tried to make our lives difficult by not simply saying ok what is the next order. Give them 5/5 for being able to confuse easily.If you play your cards right you can run rings round this staff team and come out a winner.

Ordered 2 meals, drove home 15 mins through traffic, and no chips, Yep should have checked the bag myself before leaving. Vegan sandwich was ok, taste ok but very dry.. An option when stuck..

Food just OK.. KFC had no boneless chicken 😲 No gravy put in with the meals.. Paid nearly £4 for nothing.. No answer when ringing them. They never get it right won't be back!!

I just ordered out of here this evening on the just eat app, my order never arrived thanks to a just eat driver who probably has no idea where to go in Bangor, I've tried ringing the kfc but they never answer their phone. This is twice this has happened now, absolutely disgusting. Please Avoid ordering out of here especially on the just eat app. Never again

I ordered a chicken fillet burger and got a miserable thin piece of chicken with salad that had gone brown around the edges. Terrible value for money. If I could leave no stars I would.

A couple of the self service tills wasn't working other wise food is OK and genral seated areas are clean enough.

Absolutely pointless trying to order in store, twice I've waited over 20 minutes completely ignored by staff busy sorting deliveroo orders. Gave up and left the second time.

Well, it didn't take long for this place to revert back to type, less than seven months for me.Yes we are back to the old 'sorry we don't have chicken ' mantra.Three hours before they close has to be a record?If you are falsely advertising a product, is that not illegal? Do us a favour and close this branch down.

Since it has reopened they don't seem to be able to get the orders right this time I checked my order before leaving and they had forgotten an item funny enough the same item as the previous order and I'd had to drive back to get it, thankfully this time they hadn't even put it on the order, hacked of as I had repeated the order and girl read it back to me STILL WRONG but this was the balloo bangor branch. Not keen to go back
