Marerosa Chinese Restaurant in North Down

Woeful, absolutely woeful. Normally I have enjoyed the food from here but tonight's chilli chicken was just plain shredded chicken, absolutely no flavour. And as for the beef curry we also ordered - bland is the best description I can offer without resorting to colourful language. So disappointing and I will go elsewhere in future.

Went here last night spent over 30 pounds for our meal to arrive home with it to find it was cold and and all of the food in in the delivery was half cooked and the ribs also were rotten

Dead Slow - "after" they take your money they tell you it'll be 30mins?? - they still think its the middle of COVID🤔

I ordered to night and over cooked chips and I ordered prawn chowmain and it was very watery no taste in it was plain and I rang up and told them and give me abuse down the phone and been very cheeky I will NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN AND I HOPE THERE SHUT DOWN THANKS

Placed an order for delivery at 6.08pm this evening, it is now 8.04pm and still no sign of the food, despite a phone call promise of "it will be with you in a few minutes" at 7.05pm.Really poor service...Avoid!!!!

We went to go for their high tea menu as it was something different, not having been to the restaurant in about 25 years and the door was locked. People sat inside, but thr door locked to stop customers entering... at 8.30pm. They were shutting for the night at 8.30pm... because they "had a big booking and were just getting rid of stragglers now". Most places would only be welcoming guests by this time and they were satisfied with how overwhelming it was to serve 3 tables for an hour and it was time to shut up shop. I'm still confused by the logic to be honest.

Worst meal I've ever had in my life. Spring rolls the size of a hand, batter stodgy. Honey chilli chicken smelt like it had been left for 5 days, so gloopy and the chips were soggy, bland and tasteless. By all means order from here, but do so at your risk. £15 in the bin

Best crispy Spare Ribs & dry Salt and Chilli Chicken in Bangor! Good value for money & staff are always lovely. Would definitely recommend!!
