Mcdonald's Restaurant in North Down

For the last wee whe the food had improved quite a bit and was still hot when we got home.However, for some reason, the staff are very reluctant to provide tomato ketchup despite asking for it when placing the order or even when I had paid extra money for a sachet. Does the staff have to pay for these from their wages cause I can't think of any other reason why they would be so tight as to not hand one over. Several times I have got home with the childs Happy meal and no sauce. Poor customer service

Mcdonalds app and ubereats refusing a refund for cold food, incorrect order and late delivery.Do not use app or delivery service.You will never get your money back.I am 4 days waiting on an a satisfactory answer.

Yet again arrived home from the Drive Thru missing food that I'd paid for. Tried to contact McDonald's to complain but surprise phone just rings out. 2 disappointed not to mention hungry kids. Sort it out, this a regular occurrence and could possibly excuse it if staff really busy but the place was quiet and the drive thru practically empty!!

it's a good take away but if you ever order through apps you roll the dice on ever getting the sauces you have requested. Chicken selects seem to be main no sauce culprit.

ordered a bacon double cheese burger with only bacon and cheese for my son as its all he will eat from McDonalds and it came fully dressed. only discovered this when I got home - 6 miles away. tried at least 20 times to get through on the phone but no-one picked up. pointless having a telephone number on the receipt if no-one answers

Very good service and generally able to get a seat together as a family. The drive through can be challenging with a long wait time at busy periods

Come on now lads, half filled medium frys, forgotten orders and unwillingness to even consider the secret menu that so many other mc'ds offer. Today you made Ronald weep. Tomorrow is a new day. Lets make mcdonalds gtreat again..

You get what you pay for with this place, most of the staff are friendly and helpful but some could learn to listen a little more. At times we've ordered the wrap of the day without sauce, and it came with ONLY sauce. Missing items that we have paid for or asking for a plain burger and getting one dressed are just a couple of issues we've had over the years. Also on a side note, the ice-cream machine has a 50% chance of being out of order, BEWARE! Food is ready pretty quickly though and it's rare we've been put into the parked order bay during drive through.

Just got a celebration mufurry after my son telling how yummy it is. Got mine with a small sprinkle of chocolate and I mean small with no sauce not be back to the Bangor branch in hurry. Disappointed

The place was full to the neck as well as the drive through but still managed to get a seat and my order was delivered to my table pretty dam quick. 5 star service.
