Sainsburys Cafe in North Down

My mother was asked to fill in her contact details to have a cup of coffee in one of your coffee shops in Northern Ireland. This is unacceptable. She is not well and was upset when she returned home. SHAME ON YOU, @sainsburys

Went in for lunch with my wife, 4 tables not cleared and had to clean my own table. Food was all heated in microwave, not much taste or value for money... staff polite but seemed to be on their break. Over all 3 stars for me...

Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked for two Lattes and paid for them. Waited about three minutes and other customer orders were being taken but no coffee being made. Eventually, a member of staff squandered out and asked the other member of staff what was my order. While the man behind me thought he was speaking to him and said two teas. So he made two teas. I had enough as I had been waiting 5 minutes I sat down. My wife eventually went up and got the coffees. Terrible Service. I would look over that they were busy but this was late in the afternoon with about 8 customers. Oh and the tables were really dirty and my wife had to ask one of the staff to clean the table. Not impressed at all

Oh, use this cafe regularly every week, staff are lovely food is usually pretty good. Friday evening popped in for dinner and was excited to see u finally had a new menu. They had run out of our first choice( this happens frequently with most of the hot hot food). So we opted for the hunters chicken and paid the 30p extra for the sweet potato chips. What we got was the tiniest piece of chicken I have ever been served, drowned in a barbecue sauce with ordinary chips. To make matters worse the chicken was barely warm. Seriously I have been served larger chicken gouging than this portion if chicken. If it were not for the fact that we were rushing on to an appointment I would have sent it back. Very disappointed

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Waited 20 mins for a breakfast which was brought out on a warm plate but the food was cold. Guy at the till didn't even manage to refund me the proper amount. Lesson learned, I'll not be near it again.

20 minutes to get a double espresso, and it appeared like they were checking a book on how to make it! If I wasn't with other people who were already seated I would have left. Also, it was at Xmas but their speciality Xmas coffees etc were on a small sign shoved behind other items behind the coffee machine even though the main food signage up on the wall had a free slot that this sign was obviously made to go into. The people either side of me were actually laughing at how poor the service was.

Not the cleanest of places. The menu is actually quite extensive, with a few vegetarian options. Food is alright, nothing special, but pretty much what you'd expect from a supermarket cafe. Certainly worlds better than Tesco !

Been to the cafe a few times and it's been ok.Staff are friendly and helpful .The place can look untidy and dirty but it would help if people take their trays to the trolley at the end of the cafe .The food is not bad the traybakes are delicious l love the strawberry tart .Give it a go see what you think .

Dismal atmosphere. Noisey with a disappointing menu. The coffee is usually weak tasting. Give me M&S every time

Food lovely, wide variety, reasonable prices, staff very nice and helpful. Plenty of room, toilets especially disabled always kept clean, we go there at leat twice/ three times a week.
