worst experience ive ever had with a cowboy super! avoid! food 1/10 staff 0/10. staff are the rudest most vile mouth hags ive ever had to witness work behind a counter personal hygiene was very questionable . think one girl especially should have been made to wear gloves with the state of her hands. avoid at all costs id rather dip my balls in a beehive the put myself though having to suffer the pain of trying to digest this sorry excuse for food.

Arranged a delivery from this place for 17.50 on Sunday it got to 17.57 and hadn’t arrived so phoned and was told it was on the way, didn’t turn up until 18.25 when it only had to come three miles. No apology from the driver and food was lukewarm and soggy chips and fish. Messaged to make a complaint and didn’t even get back to me. Won’t be ordering again

Soggy undercooked chips. You would think a chippy could at least get the chips right. The battered fish also had soft soggy batter.

First time I've tried the food here and it's definitely my new favourite chippy in Bangor. The chips were lovely and the chicken goujons for the kids were real fresh. I would highly recommend calling here for your next chippy night

I called over from Dundonald as we had heard good reviews from others that this chippy was good, I placed my order and paid I was asked to sit in the car and my order was brought out to us when it was ready.The food was very nice, well prepared, hot and fresh..... Will I use this chippy again, YES

Ordered a collection today 30/07/21. Arrived exactly at the right time to collect and everything was bagged up and ready. I live 2 minutes down the road and got home to find that for all 4 of us the chips were UNDER COOKED, GREASY, SOGGY and COLD. Without a doubt these were the worst tasting chips I've ever had from a chip shop in my entire life. The battered sausages were again under cooked and cold. Whoever does the cooking here needs retrained. On top of this I used a 20% off code when placing the order. When I went to pay the guy tried charging full price. When I told him about the code he muttered something along the lines of "it's one of those days". Very rude and will not be back. If you like your chips hot, cooked properly and not soggy and greasy then go elsewhere.

Rough, delivery was gonna take 1hr15min so I decided to go collect the food myself. Don't mind that as places can be busy but got home with the food and the taco mince was freezing cold and the bacon on the burger tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Cold mince,sure way to give a person food poisoning.

Chips are hit and miss. Also asked for salt n vinegar on my fried chicken. Ended up with some fried chicken on my salt n vinegar. Pizzas are better than the chippy imo.

Wife and I have just recently started eating from here, after a day trip over to Bangor. By far the best pizza around (trust me I know lol) and the BBQ rib meals are out of this world. Service is second to none. Cannot recommend highly enough 👍👍👍👍👍

I have over the past 2 years just had food from here for the third time. On each of the previous occasions I thought never again but then thought as I did this week give them another chance. The chips are practically raw even though on this last occasion to try and make sure they were cooked I asked twice for them to be well cooked and crispy if possible. I asked a second time as i did not hear the girl who took the order pass this on to the long grey haired man who does the cooking and when I reminded her of my request she looked indignant and replied they will be cooked well. The batter on the fish was also soggy which seems to be a theme in reviews on just eat with regard to this chip shop. My parents got fish & chips also this week not knowing I had an what my opinion was and they are complaining to everyone they meet about how bad the food was. How anyone could say they had quality food from this place is beyond me. they have had 3 chances failed every time and I will not be back and would never recommend that anyone wastes their money. I have never in my life put such a review for anything or anyone and am not inclined to leave reviews at all but this was so bad I felt i had to on this occasion.
