The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for dining out. Thank you so much. Catherine

Drinks reasonable as always, food just about okay, had better... Ordered drinks and food and sat in beer garden with our dog, then told normally dogs aren't allowed but as you've ordered you can stay.. Fair play to the manager, however wetherspoons you need to sort your act out with regards to dogs outside, what does it matter and what harm does it do, the shear amount of fusses our dog got of patrons of the establishment coming and going was too many to count, let's just say our Evie (English Springer) loved it.. 🐕

The offering is always consistent here, and as you’d expect at all Wetherspoon houses.Great value for money, huge choice on offer and you’re not kept waiting too long at the bar, or for your food.I can’t fault my most recent visitother than… Sauce sachets.Nobody likes having to use sauce sachets do they? Definitely not adults anyway🙄. lol

Do not visit on a Saturday night. My wife and I were intending to have a few drinks and something to eat, we sat in what appeared to be the quieter corner of the pub. After we had been there about 30mins or so a staff member with an unpleasant expression on his face began clearing the tables and chairs around us, apparently the area was to be used for dancing from ~8pm onwards (although no one told us that, we overheard them telling another customer who was intending to sit in the same area), there was no apology, no polite request for us to move to a different part of the pub, no signage warning that this section would be unavailable after a certain time and no mention of this fact by the lady who brought us our drinks. Instead we were made to feel completely unwelcome (as were the party of elderly gentlemen at the table next to us, including a wheelchair) and so left the pub to have a takeaway instead. I have never been treated so badly in a Wetherspoons pub before.

It's ok, however the Indian dish I had wasn't the best, the rice was clearly microwaved and placed directly onto the plate without any separation, just all stuck together and in clumps.. I would usually think this is a weatherspoons is cheap? But come on take a little pride in how you serve up microwave food.

Lovely Wetherspoon pub in Chorley. Cheap and cheerful as you would expect. Food was very nice. Go and sit upstairs though if you're eating. It's quieter and nicer but I don't think people always realise that upstairs is open.

·

Nice prices and good drinks, food good for price. Lazy staff can't be bothered to clean tables. They would rather hang about behind the bar while customers search for a clean table.

·

Tbf, probably didn't see it at it's best with match day Chorley fans and two unannounced coach loads of Sunderland fans arriving. Wait times were long, tables were slow to be cleaned but staff were doing their best. On another day this could have a great experience

Would not recommend. breakfast was very poor part of my order was missing the bacon 😂 ask for the egg to be popped ended up with a splattered egg lazy, to top it off fresh orange juice arrived with dirty bits on top of the class. Staff to busy chatting never checked are order was okThe place also feels a bit tired and dirty will not be using this branch again.
