Had a great meal when visiting friend's in Bangor at the weekend. Frankie, our waiter, for the evening was fun and made us very welcome. The food was amazing and excellent value for money. Thank you 😊

Quiet - due to the current COVID 19 restrictions - but great food, beer and friendly staff - super location too!!! Recommended.

·

Brilliant bar great food and the beers and Guinness are superb.

A pretty dire experience here. A mix up with wrong starters being brought for two people in my group. Avoid the chicken wings - no meat, insipid and tasteless. As for the tacos; very misleading - they're more a wrap overly stuffed with cheap ingredients and way too much sauce resulting in soggy bread. Overall, I'd say avoid this place.

Lovely place on harbour. We had mussels. Half price on mon .and fish pie. Both excellent. Staff friendly. Worth a visit

We did not visit the bar but enjoyed a delicious dinner upstairs. Very funky place. Staff were friendly. Seafood bake was AMAZING!!

·

Good menu seafood chowder very nice but small portions good a amount of fish but no soup in a very big bowl classed as large. Will try again as 1st time there.

Had a lovely lunch with a few friends on a Sunday . The menu had so many choices and it was reasonably priced. The food was lovely too, couldn't fault that. The service was a bit slow and it wasn't busy, sides came out halfway through our meal even when we asked. Will return back

Terrible staff and welcome to a bar that should welcome patrons theses days, came in tonight and was ‘greeted’ by at sour barman that barely said hello and stated we have to sit outside where in was raining hard (I understand covid restrictions but there’s a nice way to do things), ordered drink at 9.45pm and they brought them at 9.55pm and was told it was last orders and couldn’t order more even thought website states open til 1am and could see Guinness poured. Would not be back!!

Drinks only today, however, may try their food at a later visit. Very friendly place, with fantastic staff and great, unobtrusive music: Ash, Joy Division, The Cure, Thin Lizzy, New Order. As I visit pubs mostly to drink, the Guinness was superb.
