Good tasting food, reasonably priced. I did get bbq sauce instead of a red onion chutney with my brie wedges, and my partner ordered fish goujons where one of them turned out to be chicken! However I would come again. Large and safe kids area to keep them entertained.

We took the children for breakfast and it was fabulous it's a buffet all you can eat breakfast it's £9.50 each with a full English and £7.50 for continental and an extra bonus the children ate free which we didn't realise until we ordered , food was fabulous full English was spit on there's a massive choice to choose from at the continental , Cereals, fruit , muffins , Pancakes, toast, croissants there's a big selection of jams, marmalades, there was Syrup , honey and marmite also there's a selection of juices apple, orange , cranberry , also a good selection of coffees , tea and hot chocolate, the staff were absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful they worked so hard making sure everything was OK and that all food was topped up I highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

Dreadful experience today went without booking but got turned away being told fully booked at 3o clock it was half empty in restaurant and empty in bar excuse after excuse not to let us in we were two adults and two kids of which one got really upset she wasn't allowed in to play, especially because we are regular customer, staff wasn't helpful, boarder line rude.. seems as if they did not care. Will not be returning soon. Very disappointed. This will be discussed in detail around the town with friends and family.Andrew smith

Sat outside used my small vape and was told by a member of staff not allowed to smoke I told him I'm not smoking I'm vaping apparently that's the same thing thes only a sign saying no smoking . They need to update the signs and make the policy clear. Also the good was poor quality chewy steak . Two miserable men working here a very friendly female on the till.

We paid for a carvery, got our food, sat down and started eating. After a while 2 male servers came over to tell us one of our party's payment had failed. All the surrounding tables heard him say this and some started laughing and commenting. It was so embarrassing!!-I don't understand how we were allowed to get our food if the payment had not processed.- They should call you to a quieter place to tell you.-It didn't need 2 members of staff approaching the table to tell us.- Maybe the WiFi connection needs to be improved to avoid embarrassment in future.

Food was decent and the staff were nice. Very accommodating of my wheelchair and found us a bigger table. We use the bonus card so get lots of vouchers and freebies. Most recently was a free birthday meal which was fab!

Love this place and go here often. Staff are lovely and the food is just what you expect. During the week they usually have offers running too so it's really affordable. Added bonus is there is a playcentre to keep my grandson occupied. Debbie in the soft play, is always really helpful and very good with the children too.

Fabulous as ever had the 2 meals for £8.99 gammon and chips cooked exactly like I asked with well done/hard eggs. Value for money. My 10 year old has the kids meal and also thoroughly enjoyed not massive plates but worth the money. Staff friendly 5*

Freezing cold inside. First breakfast we asked if we could sit at empty window table. No was the resounding reply, it was for lunch. It was only 9am.Evening meals were so basic, why not abandon discounting and prepare better meals with better service?2nd morning the restaurant person was more friendly and allowed us to sit by the window. Still cold and sadly so was the morning coffee, yuk! Continental breakfast was adequate but full English was disappointing, sigh!

Had beer battered fish for lunch, batter was too hard for me, fish flesh was dry.For dinner I had gammon egg pineapple and chips, the rind was inedible in my opinion the Gammon was not cooked, it was curled up and not flat and so no griddle marks on one side, won't have any more mains during our stay, on the plus side the sweet was amazing
